Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Waterford

This is the first review I've ever given.. The reason for the review is because I've been coming to this VS for 13 years & always had a good experience but this last time I visited was different. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young woman by the name of Kimberly. I showed her that I had 6 coupons and I wanted to use all of them. She literally walked me through every coupon I wanted to use and helped me pic out bras and undies. She showed me her favorite pieces, new bras, and other new items that the store had. Kimberly was knowledgeable about the items and told me about upcoming sales and store events.. This was by far the best experience I've had and I think more girls should watch and learn from Kimberly because that woman is fierce and with her attitude and love for her job she will go far not only in retail but in life. Thank you Kimberly👍🏻...

I really like Victoria Secret not really for myself totally but because my boyfriend really likes seeing me in something sexy. I probably have every pair of underwear and they are extremely comfortable. Some are not because they ride up or they have to many parts but normally yes. Sometimes when I go in I have tons of people trying to help and sometimes just recently actually a girl couldn't be bothered she was in the corner on her phone. So I just shopped on my own. Usually ,Tonya I think that's her name is always a huge help. Always pleasant and makes sure I get the size I need. I go home very satisfied. Just bought a shirt that I get alot of comments...

Quick and easy to find what you need in their stores. The staff are always so nice and quick to help you. If they have a deal though say Buy 2 Get 1 Free and one is clearance, make sure you ask for a manager cause sometimes it will interfere with the deal but usually they can fix it so it still does the Buy 2 Get 1 Free deal. Also if they have one of those "Spend over $85 for a Denim Victoria Secret bag" make sure you ask for one. The staff do not offer it. (Again these are just when they have deals. They do not inform you so make sure to look at the signs...
