Made a visit to this cheese shoppe for some goodies for family in Colorado. They love charcuterie - and this store has a ton of cheeses. Goat cheeses, cheddars, Gouda and many more. Only a few cheese curds though, so that was a little disappointing as far as a larger selection. They also have a selection of Mears for your board as well. Prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly and courteous. Check it out - nice place in the downtown Waukesha shopping area.

It was a divide and conquer moment and it was a success. It was delicious and way cheaper than buying charcuterie items at the grocery store. Definitely coming back during regular hours to look around more. They had a lot of cool items in the store.

Really good cheese with a lot of options, plus they have beef jerky which is amazing! They also have a lot of organic crackers at really good prices. If you need to eat on the go, they can prepare a plate with what you need- so convenient !

Had heard about this new shop and stumbled upon it while looking at ice sculptures for Janboree with my family. A well-balanced selection of meats and cheeses, lots of local WI products but plenty of not local as well.
