5 Stars â Absolutely Love Living at Bantr!
Living at Bantr Apartments has been an absolute dream! This place truly offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and safety. From the moment I moved in, I felt right at home. The location couldnât be betterâwalking distance to grocery stores, Starbucks, Panera Bread, beautiful parks, and just a short drive to Walmart, Samâs Club, TJ Maxx, and other great shopping spots.
One of my favorite features is the rooftop restaurantâit serves delicious brunch, lunch, dinner, and even late-night snacks. Itâs the perfect place to unwind or catch up with friends.
The building itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, with underground parking, a dog wash station, and plenty of green space (doggy waste bags included!). They truly welcome fur friends here.
Inside, my apartment is a sanctuaryâquiet, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. It includes a washer, dryer, full kitchen, and reliable internet. There are communal areas on every floor, perfect for social gatherings, and a balcony where I can relax and enjoy fresh air.
The amenities are top-tier: a well-equipped gym, yoga studio, workstation/office space, and extra storage options. They even offer room delivery for packages, which adds an extra layer of convenience and security.
One of the highlights has been the community events hosted by Maria and Ben. They do an incredible job bringing residents together with fun activities that create a real sense of connection.
Whether youâre a travel nurse, a provider, or just someone looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to call home, Bantr is truly the best. Itâs a place where you can live, rest, and playâand I...
Read moreConstant noise, screaming children, loud music, fights late at night. You're sharing your entire apartment with your neighbors. We hear full conversations our neighbors are having in their bedroom as we're trying to sleep in ours. You will never escape their noise and as an autistic person it's a sensory nightmare. Most of the showers were installed wrong in the building, someone smokes cigarettes on the 4th floor that reek, someone's pet keeps peeing in the hallway which adds the the pleasant odors, and some guy in the building refuses to leash his puppy. For a while there was an excessively noisy truck that would rev their engine at 3 am in the morning. Some elderly gentlemen spits on my partner from his balcony and there's a woman that will solicit everyone in the building to buy her Mary Kay products. Those are the only events you will get spammed with. The maintenance and construction crews take up the majority of office spaces and then continue to be excessively loud. There seems to be no understanding of shared workspace manners. We chose this place because we needed a short term furnished home while visiting my family for 6 to 8 months. I'm regretting ever signing...
Read moreI can't express enough how much I love living in this apartment! After moving four times in four years since moving to Wausau, I finally feel like I've found the perfect place. The amenities are fantastic, especially the gym, which is well-equipped and makes it easy to stay active without leaving the building especially during winter. I appreciate the convenience of underground parking, especially during the winter months when I donât have to scrape ice off my truck. I also want to highlight the timeliness of maintenance requests; any issues I've had have been addressed quickly and efficiently and the gentleman is very respectful! Having everything I need within arm's reach truly enhances my living experience. And on top of that, thereâs an amazing rooftop private community area where Itâs nice to hang out with...
