Ordered delivery, was the only place open. We get the delivery didn't open it until we were in our kitchen. We had ordered a triple baconstix, when we noticed it wasn't a triple we called right away, first we spoke to the call center who when I counted the stixs for them transferred me directly to a manager of the location. When I tried to explain the order was short, they said that it's just the way it's cut. I said no, a triple would fill the box. They said no, it's just the way it's cut, that's why there isn't as many. My boyfriend, whose dinner it was got on the phone and asked if we were able to send a picture, they said they didn't have the capability. He said ok, we will be right down to show you. At this point with not being heard on the call, we just wanted to get the money back. We got down there, the young man in the kitchen apologized and explained it was his 3rd day. And we said that's okay, accidents happen. He was willing to remake it, we said no thank you, we just wanted to speak to the manager. He brought the manager up front and my boyfriend asked if he was the one we spoke with on the phone, he said no, my boyfriend asked if he dialed the number who would he get? He'd like to speak to that person. The manager said do you want my help or not? I explained that we were supposed to be transferred to a manager from the phone, that person was very rude, we tried to explain the order wasn't correct and we were told it was just the way its cut. Clearly, it's not, it doesn't even fill a good portion of the triplestix box. He apologized, said the guy in the kitchen used the wrong pattern, we said, accidents happen but that could fit one of those small boxes if you bring it to compare. So when we explained it didnt fill the triplestix box, its not the way it was cut. He said it must have been the driver we spoke with not wanting to lose out on the tip. As managers in customer service ourselves, we were really not impressed with his responses. Don't blame the others, just apologize and help find a solution. Read moreI placed an order for my birthday dessert Stix and it said it would be ready by 8pm(on 9/3/2023). I got there only to not be greeted for almost 20 minutes and that was ONLY after another employee got there for their shift. I told him I waited that long just to be greeted even and he apologized and then looked all around for them only to ask the other guy(maybe the manager) who said he didn't have an order for it even though my email showed it was ready for pickup. The "manager" was rude and telling me their online orders don't always come through. He just said "I'm not going to argue with you do you want to wait or not" I said how long and he just held his arms out and I said are you going to answer me....how long? He still stood there then said I have 2 orders ahead of you so 15 minutes I said I can't I have to get our other food home as I have a diabetic child at home waiting for dinner. I went to my car then went in to show him my email and he's like well I don't have that on my screen I said can you just put me down for a free one because unfortunately it's already been pulled from my account. I explained I didn't care about the food it was free but the rudeness and lack of communication was uncalled for. He only apologized for the fact that it wasn't there not the lack of communication. Didn't say hey welcome to toppers it'll just be a minute(he told my oldest that when she went in but he didn't know we were together as she was in the bathroom when I went in so he had no idea for a few minutes) and those few minutes were 20 minutes. This is the 3rd time they've messed up my order.. this time I was charged almost double for less food than I usually get.
I ordered their 2 for $9.99 deal, which they didn't actually give me. I ordered a large pizza and large toppers sticks, and they gave me a small toppers sticks and didn't apply the $9.99 deal.. I was charged full price for everything.. I ordered chicken wings along with that.
Usually I pay about $22 for my order, when I questioned why it was $34 she said it was the delivery fee, plus I usually don't order wings..
The food wasn't very warm, it didn't look very good either.. They quoted me a half hour, and someone called me and said it would be 45 mins.. It ended up being over an hour.. I was supposed to get blue cheese dressing with the wings and that wasn't there either..
It's been hit or miss over the past 6 months as far as quality, and there were 2 other times in the last couple months they messed up my pizza.
Before that everything was always very good, but I definitely do not recommend...
