Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wausau

I called to order my pizza at the Pizza Hut in Wausau and I was told that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and then went to pick up my pizza. When I got there, they made me wait another 20 minutes, making it a total of 35 minutes. I brought my pizza home, came to find out they messed up on my order. I called them back to inform them they messed up my order and they told me they can make me another one. Well, I wasn't going back there to pick it up especially when I just got home. They told me they will deliver but I have to pay for delivery cost. Okay, let me get this straight with you. I came to pick up my order because I did not want to be charge for delivery. Was it my fault that they messed up my order, no! I'm hungry and the way you handled the situation was very unprofessional which just makes me more angry and btw, you don't call your customer names. After arguing with the "manager" for what seems like forever she finally told me she will drop off the delivery charges but I have to wait 45 minutes. AND no! I wasn't going to take that. First of all, you made me wait longer than what you told me. Second, you messed up my order. Third, as a manager you handled the situation very unprofessional which made me question how you even got the position. I'm done dealing with these rude Pizza Hut workers. This location needs some serious help. We have been there a few times only because its closer to our house than the Schofield location. Every time, it seems to get worse! We always use the curbside pickup due to the ongoing pandemic so there isn't much interaction but nonetheless this Pizza Hut always manages to leave an impression. I ordered online and they managed to give my entire order to someone else. Any normal place would apologize and re-do it. A nuisance, but not a health hazard. This Pizza Hut tried to call the person they gave it to so she would come back and their plan was to give it to me! I don't want food from some random person's vehicle. They finally decided to re-cook it. To their defense, the new fresh food was excellent and the wings were well-sauced. A previous visit, the food wasn't so good. I have tried to give this restaurant several tries at the lunch buffet. Each attempt seems to get worse. I walked in today, July 26th 2012 at 12:20 to see 5 open booths and 4 open tables, a good sign to get seated. After waiting for 5 minutes, a hostess finally said, "I'll be right with you" after walking past several times before. 3 minutes later (still waiting to be seated) I noticed that there were no Pizzas at the buffet, the salad bar was a mess and there were people standing at the buffet waiting for pizzas. I then glanced into the kitchen area only to see that there were NO pizzas in the oven. So just under 10 minutes into my wait I gave up and walked out. I can't understand that they can't be prepared for a regular lunch buffet. There were open tables, not even full to capacity.
