My fiancĂ© loves this place. He calls it âhis crackâ. We have been to another location which is ok but we saw the numinous 5 star reviews of Justin and decided to give it a try. From the minute we walked in everyone greeted us with welcoming smiles. A couple of gentlemen offered their assistance but we told them we were just looking around. We werenât sure if we wanted to purchase anything yet. The selection seemed more extensive, young and modern but also equipped with classic styles. I was impressed. Everything was neatly organized and not a trash on the floor. As we made our way around the store, this sharply dress gentleman casually started talking to us. Nothing pushy but just a casual talk. As we talked for a while we found out that was the manager, Justin. Very friendly yet very very professional and his way of approaching to find out our need is just impressive. He offered to put together an outfit just for us to see. He came up with super fun ensemble in a matter of 10 secs!!!!!! Just by talking to us for a few min, he knew exactly what my fiancĂ© is drawn to. We initially was maybe gonna get a sweater or two but fell in love with the outfit he put together we decide to get the whole thing. Shirt, vest, jacket, pants, tie, pocket square, belt, and shoes. What was so great with Justin is the whole time he was reminding us that there is no pressure to buy, he just wanted to show us some ideas. He also was very good about informing us of promotions. He then showed us what we might like in the future when we come back. Cool, hip, modern casual Friday look with a leopard print shirt!!!!!! The day I can put my dude in a leopard print, thatâs some milestone in our relationship!!!!!! LOL My fiancĂ© again fell in love with the outfit. Outfit #2 purchased âïž Justin is a wizard. We went in not even knowing if we wanted to buy anything, we bought 2 complete ensembles without feeling any pressure, left the store feeling good about spending some hefty đ”đ”đ”, and wanting to come back for more. He is the epitome of what a great personal shopper should be. We are feeling so lucky to have had a pleasure of working with him. And he looks like Matt Bomer....
   Read moreThis has been by far one of the worst experiences I have had while trying to rent a tux. Both my partner and I were notified our tuxes were in. When we went to go pick them and try out tuxes on it all started to go downhill. I first opened my bag up and noticed my pants were missing from the bag. I never once was contacted and made aware nor was I told prior to trying them on. My jacket sleeves were not only to short but the sleeves were uneven. Both tuxes needed to be altered. I was then told my pants werenât in the bag because they arrived to the store damaged and had to be replaced. It was really reassuring when they said they were supposed to be in today but did not come. The next day I get the call that my pants are in and I could come and pick them up. We had to leave the rehearsal that night early and drive almost an hour out of the way to go and pick our tuxes up. When we got there the people who helped us the day before did not recall who we were and had no idea what was going on with the situation. They then told me my pants had not come in. Mind you the wedding was the next day at 12 and they didnât open until 11. My pants did end up being there. Once we arrived at the reception hall everyone from the bridal party was talking about the run around they all had also received. Later that day I received a phone call from mens wearhouse stating my pants were in at 1134, the pants I already picked up the night before!    Read moreHonestly, it has been nothing but frustrating working with MWH. My fiance and I had an appointment scheduled for selecting out suits, colors, etc for our upcoming wedding, from the moment we set foot into the store and began working with MARY JO it was like we were an annoyance. She has horrible customer service. She only showed us 1 option for the color we had wanted in suits. After sizing my fiance, he had told her he didn't like the way his shirt fit, and she told him "it fits correctly, im done with you". She then proceeded to express to us to never go to their brookfield location and talked bad about their sister stire. But actually I would only refer people to go to their brookfield location. The people there are happy to help you and want to make you get what you want and are happy when you leave. A week later I did go to their brookfield location and expressed I did not like the suit MARY JO had showed us and the lady at brookfield pulled out over 5+ different options to choose from. I left feeling so much better about our selection. But because we changed the suits a couple of the groomsmen needed to make a change to their styles. One of the groomsmen in our wedding party went back to the Wauwatosa location and again had go deal with MARY JO. When he had explained to her he needed to change she rudely responded "why". I will never recommend anyone to go to their Wauwatosa location and to steer clear of MARY JO. She has no idea how to communicate with clients and should be off...
