Visit 5/10/23. I had a comfortable, fun, and very successful shopping experience at this store. They have a great mix of elegant and everyday jewelry at affordable prices. I purchased a few bracelets and earrings as gifts, and a headband & necklace/ belt for myself. They also had brooches, rings, other hair pieces, and kid jewelry (I didn't look at the kids jewelry that much, however I did notice nickel free earrings in that area). I am honestly shocked at some of the other reviews because witnessed the opposite with the teen customers being rude and snickering at the person working. I do NOT know the worker and I have no gain from writing this... I think reviews can ruin a place and I hate to see that happen to this one. Read morei took my boyfriend here to get his ears pierced it wasn’t a bad experience until a couple weeks later when we noticed one of the earrings were completely sucked into his ear. you couldn’t even see it anymore because it was completely inside his ear. causing a lot of pain and discomfort to then push out and take out. originally that wasn’t a big deal we switched the earring to something longer and bigger and we had no other issues until a couple days later when the other earring did the exact same thing. getting pushed all the way inside his ear. it was really painful for me to get out of his ear. we clean them daily and he uses a piercing pillow so no reason they should be still that irritated and being sucked into his ear. it was a complete waste of money and i’m really upset i spent money on them. when it just ended up causing a lot of pain and had to take them out anyways, not even a...

I told her I was never given my receipt. She then said “It should be in your email.” I said I never got an email. Then she got frustrated with me and said “Whoever checked you out yesterday should have told you that.” I walked out.
