Spencer's — Local services in Wayne Township

My daughter and I were walking around the mall and she noticed a shirt she noticed a sweatshirt she absolutely loved! So I proceeded to enter the store to purchase the store and I was immediately met with hostility because I was not wearing a mask so even though every employee in the store was rude I still really wanted my daughter to have this sweatshirt so I kindly asked if I just stand outside the store if they could buy from outside the store and they weren’t having that either it seemed as though they had some deep hatred for me because I wasn’t wearing a mask. I see a lot of others had the same problem assuming with the same very rude and unprofessional employee. (Carissa). My brother picked up a ball that was ALREADY OUT OF PACKAGE assumed a tester so he squeezed it cuz it’s a squishy dough ball. We were ready to spend 200$ at your store then this lady came up to us and yelled at us for touching the already out of package ball. Spencer's is a fun store but not for children. I would consider this a store for adults and awkward when small children are present due to the nature of products sold. That being said, lots of fun gifts, gag gifts, and personal items to choose. I enjoy the quirky products you can find such as the mugs and blankets that feature Romen Noodles.
