Rebecca is a manager and I was trying to get a job so I went to my interview. The minute I got there I was waiting for her and when a women that works there approached me and asked who I was and if I was there for the interview I told her who I was and yes was there for the interview then apologized for being late because I got lost and then she walked away. She never stated for me to follow her or who she was never said anything else so I waited and was just standing in the Sephora area she comes back and rudley tells me to come and follow her I kept quiet to be professional and followed her to the back room office. When we got there, she told me to sit down and she was talking on her walkie-talkie And then comes in the room and rudely places a piece of paper in the table and tell me to fill my due dates and my name and she’ll be back whenever she’s available. To me, I’ve never met a manager or someone who is trying to talk to you about a job in the way she did I felt Extremely uncomfortable and made me not wanting to work there because I wouldn’t want to work in Environment With...

Was at khols wayne location today. On the line for checkout im guessing she was a supervisor/manager who treated one of the cashier employee in a very rude way. There was alott of people around especially for holiday shopping. Not professional by her to yell at a worker in front of customers. Felt and looked like the worker was put in a very bad spotlight. If i can rate this place as a zero I definitely would. The workers keep the floor clean no need for employees to be treated like that. Asked one of the employees for her name because i want to report her (kathy) is her name. If she was a manager or supervisor she should have taken the employee to the back or some other place and talk to her. She should be trained on how to handle situations in a professional manner. Kohls has gone downhill very fast. The store is always unkempt. We were looking at lamps and when I moved a box, one ran right under the box. I tried to locate a manger to discreetly let them know that they have a roach situation but no one could be found. When we finally did find someone, he could not have cared less. He blamed products, though the product had never been opened. There was no semlance other than concerns or making a terrible situation right in the eyes of the consumer, who is spending money in the store.

Now they are using self checkout. I am sick and tired of learning every single store's POS system. People used to be paid to do this.
