Zoe's Chocolate Co — Local services in Waynesboro

An unmarked box arrived, today, the 21st ordered 2/2/2021. I can't count on companies that take this long to deliver. Most importantly ones that don't apologize but shame the customer.

I ordered chocolate Feb 2nd it's now the 21st almost 20 days later still not received. Low preservative chocolate is it safe to eat after 20-30 days??

Their comment are somehow I did it , the Zoe co. Rep stated in a review response I CHOSE SOMEHOW a "special service with fedex" not sure what that means.....I don't recommend them as far as speedy shipping if you want to wait almost 20 days maybe a month for your goods this is the right chocolate place for you. If you , Zoes ever read this....read this l want to cancel my order. I think I get chocolate at a local store easier.

I would of expected a company apology and assurance my package is on its way. I like Marcus AND THE SHOW THE PROFIT but this is ridiculous.

I would also not e I ordered Feb 2 which was a Tuesday it took four days to get package to fedex to ship so I don't think me in California delayed the package ( as in insinuated by company rep.) I think it's Better to apologize then challenge a customer with BS statements.

It's in Illinois now , the owner responded I chose special services???? Meaning lowest fed delivery choice and then she counted the days and posted it's wasn't bad, I was in California. In 1980's that worked today we would have a package 5 days or less.. Her eis the killer ordered on 2/2/2021 and sent to fedEx 2/11/2021. Maybe that's where the delay is? No apology just me as a customer chose the wrong shipping service WTH???

OK let's count the days it's Feb 2 and it's now Feb 22 it's been 19 days and it's still nowhere near California. Blame distance, blame customer but... you service on orders...

Zoe's is a small, but many unique item, chocolate specialty store located in Waynesboro, Pa. (Our incredible little town!!) They are a wonderful addition to our small downtown area. We make a visit to the store every year when downtown has the Christmas tree lighting event, and occasionally throughout the year. (My youngest daughter loves that her name is Zoey too.) I wish we could afford to have it more than we do. But, I think that makes it even more special. We also give as gifts. Especially to someone that "has everything." Thank you Zoe,and family, for making Waynesboro a sweeter...

WOW, the BEST chocolate ever, bar none! Drove up to Waynesboro today from Georgetown/DC. Stopped in here with my sister and we got some vegan nonpareil's. The average person wouldn't know they are vegan. We let non-vegans try them. All agreed this is the best chocolate we've ever had in our entire lives! And, it's an antioxidant! Will go again and again! The workers were so friendly/helpful, too! This is a ten star place with ten star chocolate, but I am only allowed to rank it up to five stars. Handcrafted pieces of heaven! Yum, yum and...
