Cindy's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Waynesville

We have been shopping here for nine years. The last three have been worse and worse. Im shopping for ornaments and cards as we always do. Like to keep it local even it's a bit more. While picking out ornaments a man as they say is a public official. Why I don't know. Talking to a single mother witch was made clear many times. I understand as being a single father for 8 years. As these two keep talking about legal things in the middle of the ornament section I asked if they could move their conversation else where. Witch they told me they were there first. I said I just want to pick out a ornament and could please take their conversation else where. When the public official said call the cops than. I said let me pick out my ornaments in peace it's Christmas. Response. We were here 1st. Young blonde asked us to quit. I said okay. They kept complaining. I left to never be back. Wow this place has gone downhill! Not like any hallmark store experience you might have had in years past! More like a five and dime! So much stuff everywhere! At Christmas you couldn't even tell it was Christmas! You know how visiting hallmark at Christmas was on the list..pretty trees..ornaments...music..goodies...gifts..well ..some items were spread out somewhere in that store!...

Called looking for a hard to find wooden Mickey Mouse Christmas card, that was a replacement for one that was damaged after hurricane Helene came thru. They couldn't find the one that was in stock to begin with. Then called a few minutes later and said they found it. Saved the day, for a memorable moment that was special for me. Thanks for going...
