Very disappointed. I have gotten haircut from Joe many times and have been pleased. Joe wasn’t in on Wednesday, 6/25, so I had my hair cut by tall gentleman with limp.

He was very nice and during haircut he talked about Saturdays where they work until 2:00 pm. I asked that my haircut be tapered. The next day when fixing my hair, I noticed that my hair wasn’t cut well behind my left ear.

I was unable to go in until Saturday. I arrived around 1:35 pm. When the barber had finished with his client, I approached him and asked him if he could straighten up my hair. He told me that they quit taking customers at 1:30 and that he had made plans with his family and that I could come back on Tuesday. I work full-time during the week.

I’m frustrated because I walked out of the barber shop around 1:49 pm and it shouldn’t have taken him more than 5 minutes, 10 at the most to fix the haircut that I had already paid for...

I've been visiting Merrell Hair Co for a couple of months now! Each time I go in, the establishment is very clean and well kept! The decor is modern and inviting! All of the staff seem welcoming and kind as well! I've gone through sooo many barbers/cosmetologist here in the area and have finally found one heck of a good guy. His name is Duckie! Joe is great barber. He will make sure you get the haircut you need, He will make sure that you are comfortable with the haircut, & most importantly he will take his time on it. Where I’m from(Houston Tx) barbers will try and cut you as fast as they can. However , Joe is one of the barbers who are in it because they love what they do. Words can’t even explain how good of the barber he is. He did a fantastic job on my hair being the first time. He made me feel as if he’s been my barber for years.
