This dispensary started out good but has slowly gone to overpriced products and under educated staff. There is a woman that works there that doesn’t listen to the customers. Shes fairly new and she doesn’t know her marijuana either. Whats worse is that she adds items to your cart due to her inability to listen. And when you go to checkout she hurriedly puts everything in the bag. Its only when you check your bag do you realize that theres a ten dollar dab in there you told her you didn't want, after smelling it. The last time this happened to me and the final straw was when I discovered a thirty dollar ounce in my bag that I never said I wanted. I even asked when the price got told to me if that price was with the discount. In my head Im thinking that price should be at least ten dollars less, due to the daily special (20% off). Maybe it was taxes and Im tripping. Lets not cause a scene, I have the money. Maybe Im wrong, it happens. Ill just check my receipts. I knew she had messed up my order last time. But I figured shes new, it was a mistake that time. Nope, it happened again. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the beast, they would not accept a return of the ounce I unknowingly bought but never wanted. I figure, it’s perfectly fine since the bud quality has gone down, the prices have gone up, and the budtenders that know what theyre doing are like one in four. Additionally, Alan used to let his budtenders make deals on remaining product if you bought a lot/all. That made a difference when you’re buying two or more ounces. However the budtenders are no longer allowed to do that. Unless their manager is there, and she’s usually only there when she wants to be. Which will not line up to coincide with when you're going to be there and they have no idea when she will be back. They wont call Alan for you and youll need to speak to Alan or the manager to get anything done about the budtenders incompetence. I intend to avoid this place from now on. Theres better and cheaper product elsewhere with better service and more rewards. Im glad I was forced to look...

UPDATE AGAIN: How dare you try to take some kind of moral high ground in this, one would think you'd be apologetic when there is a genuine misunderstanding. Of course my 1st words to you, are "We have a problem" The people you have working for you, are accusing me of a crime that I did not commit over a phone call that they clearly did not even understand. I am sorry to sully your ego, because this is clearly a you problem. Do not worry if I am welcome or not, as I had originally stated I had planned to never come back and continue to advise anyone else not to.

UPDATE: Even worse, now they are slandering me and trying to incur defamation of my name. Claiming that I was trying to purchase wax for someone else when this is clearly not the case. I solely only purchase wax, and obviously this is for myself & medical needs. Which they could tell that if they knew me as a customer, since I loyally shopped only here when I was in town. Albeit they had no care, and accused me of these crimes. Furthermore when I went to address this with the owner, not only did he not respond to these accusations that he made to me. He hung up the phone and now refuses to respond. What he has quoted and said that had happened are not even true. No one spoke with me until after I got off the phone, and I refused nothing because I was asked nothing. I was only accused, PLEASE everyone stay far away from this sham!

Just had a terrible experience here, where I was trying to find an ounce of wax. They currently were out of stock, and typically when I shop in town I only shop here. Then they accused me of talking about their products. Something about refusing the sale because I was talking about their products on the phone. Even though, I was just calling other dispensaries to see if they could fulfill my medical needs. Stay away from here if you want actual privacy or people who care about you...

Lots of silly things being said about this dispensary right now. Competition across town is having a ‘leave a review’ promotion. So, for the record. These dudes care. They remember people by name. Usually have most of us pulled up before we can even get our card out. They are always educated on their product. They care if the sell junk. They won’t ban you if you’re not happy. They help look for a solution instead. The owners are beyond nice! They Stop and talk to you and listen to what you have to say. The flower selection is always phenomenal with great deals! I’ve been going to this dispensary for a little over 2 years; it has done nothing but improve. Swing in and check out the store. Lots of options in every category. 15 out of 10 do recommend.
