Our food was delicious, prepared fresh, and well executed. I ordered a taco plate with chicken and pork tacos. I preferred the chicken. It came with rice/beans, and I really appreciated the fresh veggies / a few slices of grilled onion, a grilled jalapeno and some slices of grilled carrot with what seemed to be lightly pickled. My dad enjoyed his pork burrito. We loved the flavor of the cup of elote, but it was pretty saucy - maybe more so than normal, so was definitely more along the lines of an elote Soup and definitely needed to be eaten with the spoon, not a fork. Great flavor with some hot sauce, tajin, lime and cheese! This is a food truck, and while it may be seasonal, we didn't see any outdoor tables/chairs available for dining there. Garbage!!! I went to this taco truck because of all the 5 star reviews and I was so disappointed 😞!!! I ordered 4 tacos and a wet burrito. The tacos weren't even hot, I don't think they even warmed up the meat, the meat was dried and room temperature and the meat had no flavor. The wet burrito wasn't even wet, it barely had any sauce in it. The meat in the burrito was also dry and room temperature. I love taco trucks and have eaten at least 100 different taco trucks around the country and this one was one of the worst. They don't even char the serrano pepper! The serrano pepper was cold and raw! Beware of all the 5 star reviews. They are most likely from friends and families of the owners. My parents are in town visiting the grandchildren. My stepfather is THE pickiest eater I've ever met and nothing I've ever cooked or recommended has ever pleased him. I mean this literally. Last night I ordered the carne asada street taco plate for him. 3 generously loaded tacos, double shell, cilantro, onions, pickled veggies, guacomole,rice and beans. He ate everything and halfway through eating, he started raving about his food. He absolutely loved every bite and came up to me and thanked me for dinner! This morning he was still talking about it. He just made up an excuse to go into town and left everyone else at home at dinner time? ...I think he's going to the taco...
