Big Lots — Local services in Weaverville

This store closed 30 minutes early. I arrived at 830 to run in and grab two small items. I went to one door and it was closed so I started walking to the other. At night some places do have only one door open. The young woman with brown hair working made a horrible face & threw her hands up at me. First how was I supposed to know you closed 30 min Early & how was I to know both doors were locked. That is a horrible way for any employee anywhere to act! If your store is closing or not that doesn't give you the right to act that way to customers. Especially customers who had planned on coming back to purchase two sectionals along with a few other things. Now I will not! Hopefully you will learn better manners...

It's a Big Lots folks. Having said that, it is by far the best one I've ever been in! The staff is friendly and every time I have been in to shop, someone has asked if I needed any help. Provided I have never had unsolicited assistance in any other Big Lots, I'd say this is a great start! The facility is also clean and orderly; a bit of an exception to other Big Lots locations. Great prices on everyday things, but like ever other Big Lots, inventory varies based on availability. Stop by for a shop. You'll probably find something you like.

This is the best store ever. The cashiers were beyond professional and the store is amazing. A great big thank you to Makayla. WOW! She was so kind and just an absolute customer service professional.
