KFC — Restaurant in Weaverville

Ordered a 12 piece meal online. We were scheduled to pick up our food at 7:03. Arrived in drive through line at 7:03 behind 4 cars. We weren't sure if we had to wait in line for o line order, so we called store. No one answered for 3 calls over 10 minutes. Arrived at drive through window at 7:20. Our food wasn't ready. We stayed at the window until 7:25 when they asked us to move up to door. Our food came out at 7:30 in one bag. It was so full, guy had to hold the top boxes to keep them from falling off. I asked the guy if there was a different way to pick up online orders. He didn't understand, so I started to explain that there didn't seem to be any advantage to either party by ordering online. While talking to him, he got a phone call on his mobile phone, answered it, and walked away. I wasn't being rude or disrespectful. I really wanted to know if we did the process correctly, because we still waited 30 minutes for our food... I never had a chance. They were putting pepper in the coleslaw that messed it up,I went there today and that had changed it was alright not sweet like it used to be.i go in and asked the women up front if the chicken fingers are they original she said yes unless you order crispy and the chicken will be cooked longer,I said ok because I want original.they call my number and the chicken strips was hard and lumpy I couldn’t eat it,I said it doesn’t look Origen and it was so over cooked and dried out,I spent 14 dollars of my money I could have spent some were ele,she gets the manager and she said this girl got crispy she wants original,he said there is only one kind and that’s original.being rude I sit down and cried and tried to eat the chicken anyway knowing I didn’t have much money and was hungry and I chose this place and they never offered to change my food,I just gave it to god,I was so upset a women came up to me and told me whatever was on my mind she would pray for me and told come...

Went through drive thru. No one else in line and was ask to pull forward. Was never told they had to cook chicken tenders. It was just 6:15. When ask why I had to pull up the employee became very rude. I ask for a refund but when ask to speak with the manager the employee told me to get the "F" out of her drive thru. She kept saying that and refused to allow me to speak with the manager. I filed a complaint and was contacted the next day by their regional manager Mark who acted nice and apologized. He assured me this situation was not over and said he and the district manager would call that next Saturday. Well its been three weeks and no call. I will not go back there or recommend this place. A place that allows their management to speak to customers this way and a regional management that thinks a phone call to they were sorry is all they need to do doesn't deserve...
