Subway — Restaurant in Weaverville

We live nearby. We probably grab sandwiches here 3 or 4x per month. Today ran into a highly stressed, short and absolutely unpleasant employee whose name tag said "Nataila". Nataila had a very bad attitude. When asking what we wanted she kept saying IS THAT ALL? IS THAT ALL? And was just annoyed, short and honestly acted like she did not want to be there. When we first arrived we were the only people in line.I was ordering for a family of 4. Finally after absorbing her short, abrupt attitude I called her out and said she was giving unpleasant customer service. I let her know she was being rude, abrupt and giving poor customer service. I said I respect the fact you are working and that's awesome but you act miserable and like you don't want to be here. The exchange went on and she said she's doing nursing school, working many shifts and is obviously tired. Well, I get that but don't give customers a bad experience and behave as if their order is a massive inconvenience. It was awful. Management needs to educate their staff about cheerful, helpful customer service. The other employees were patient and courteous during this exchange. I left them a large tip. Upon exiting Nataila said "Don't come back?" To which I let her know I own businesses and if she were my employee she'd be fired ON THE SPOT. And, no employees wore any masks. So that demonstrates a lack of regard for their customers as well. Sorry....but today they get a grade of D-. Would be an F except for the other employees who handled the...

I have been to many subways in my day. Heck, my sister worked at a subway when we were young, and I get it.. kids don't typically have great work ethic. But my experience tonight was one of a kind. The lady made my sandwich, then she slopped a knife full of sanitizer water and whatever else came off of other people's sandwiches throughout the day into my sandwich. I tried to brush it off, but I was unable to eat the sandwich. I feel bad being "that person" and I overthink things. I went back in and told the other lady there what had happened. She began laughing at me. Then the blonde girl that was there said "that's how we do all the samdwhiches". I said "you slop sanitizer water on all the sandwiches? I have seen them dip the knife, then wipe it.. but I have never seen what you just did." She said "that's how we do it." Then she proceeded to roll her eyes at me everytime I made eye contact....

This shop is near my home in Weaverville .I went to it today , March 28th at 1PM . The place was crowded but there was only one worker, a grumpy middle aged white woman . While there are many people in line , she decided to serve only four people and ask impolitely the others to leave because she will focus on preparing food on the online customers . I have seen more that 20 high school students who are part of musical band to leave the shop after she refused to provide service to them . I was among the few lucky four in line but at the end she made a sandwich to me without the meat balls I paid for . The inefficient worker should be fired. It seems also that there is a poor management of this shop at 127 Weaverville...
