The absolute worst customer service. My mom took in her old computer and asked them to make a copy of it onto a external hard drive. In doing so, they also erased the original computer! She isn't the best at computers but they made her feel like a complete moron.
I called up to figure out what they did since she couldn't explain it to me and they were beyond rude. Could literally hear them talking about me and laughing about me in the background when they 'put me on hold' but failed to mute the call.
Went up there today since they were useless over the phone and they were useless in person. DO NOT use the geed squad at baybrook....
Read moreI sent my computer off to get repaired before the beginning of the semester so it would be ready for school. After 3 weeks I went to pick it up, the week before class would start. The issues I sent it to get repaired for did not get addressed. The computer needed physical parts replaced for wear and tear. I sent it back for another 4 weeks. I just got the computer back and the mouse doesn't work anymore. It is more broken than when I sent it to get repaired. Don't buy a warranty unless you plan on being away from your device for 2-3...
