We recently stayed at this hotel while in town for the ren faire. Overall the stay was good, but there were a few pain points with the stay as well. Hilton has an app where you can check in virtually and go straight to your room using a digital key with your phone and their app. We completed the check in process virtually but the key just stayed in “requesting” status. Not a fun experience when you are carrying bags and make it to your room and the key wont work. We had to go to the front desk and they had to fix it so the key would work. Seemed like one or two buttons pushed on their end fixed it, but why have a virtual process to begin with if you still have to go to the front desk. There was a motorcycle rally that weekend too, and they had all of the front parking spaces taken up for motorcycles. The way this hotel is layed out, there is either front lot parking, or the rest is in the rear. I attempted to use the closest door at the rear of the hotel multiple times during our stay but never could get the digital key to work on the door, kept saying “something is wrong, try again”. When I mentioned this to hotel staff, all they said was “you’re the third person that said that”. Sounds to me like it’s a known issue that needs to be fixed, doubt they will though. Took a few showers during the stay, the water pressure was really really low. Overall the room was clean, but around the corners of the shower I did notice a little black discoloration. The toilet in the room is very close to the ground, when you go to sit, anticipate the fall.

My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant experience. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after a long day. The included breakfast offered a convenient start to the morning, although expanding the hot food options would be a welcome addition. The hotel's location is ideal, situated halfway between Hobby Airport and the Galveston cruise port. This makes it a convenient choice for travelers, and the surrounding area offers a variety of local dining options. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and accommodating staff, especially the attractive Latina young lady with the eyelashes at the reception desk. Her helpfulness and positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. While the room was comfortable, the walls seemed a bit thin, which might be a minor inconvenience for some guests. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation.

I really like this hotel, is clean and I guess is new. It is cozy. The customer service rep there is very nice, she greets you as yoou walk in and ask you if you want anything, when you ask for anything, they are prompt in responding to your needs. The design of the hotel is beautiful, the colour combination is a good one. The rooms are awesome, it feels like home, you have silverware, and the couch there are pull out beds. They serves hot breakfast ,coffee and all other good things. To the right of the hotel, there is another hotel there, they have a bar there, they serves beer, liquor and food there. They have a restaurant setting, breakfast is not free. Both hotels have business centres. In a nut shell, this a nice hotel, if you are reading my review now and thinking of booking this hotel, go ahead and get it. Do not forget to come back and tell me your experience .

Overall, I had a nice stay here and I'm picky. I was here for a robotics tournament for my son but he stayed with his team in another hotel. I had to work remotely while here so this is the place I chose. I wanted a place with a little kitchen and a workspace. Overall, it was nice and I'd stay here again. I was here for 5 nights. I almost didn't stay here bc I saw someone in a previous review mention cockroaches. There were none at all...believe me I LOOKED.||Good stuff: very nice staff. Clean room with nice big drawers (although hard to close - the slowest of slow close drawers) and a thoughtful layout. I liked that there is a rolling table tucked under one of the two desks that align the wall, so I could pull it out and face the window while working with an L-shaped setup. I also though the bed was pretty comfortable. The bathroom is nice. No tub - shower only, which is fine. The breakfast was good. Limited but enough options for gluten free people. I was able to have oatmeal with fruit and a couple eggs each day. The eggs were always cold, but they tasted good and I warmed them in my room (the "warmer" you get them from was broken while I was here). They also had hashbrowns one day.||Less good but not 'bad': the pillows are big, overstuffed and rock hard. Great for propping up to watch TV and less good for sleeping. The shower is lackluster. Most mornings I would take a shower early since I was working in Detroit time, and I had hot water. On the weekend, I showered later and couldn't get it hot, which was a bummer. ||There was a fair amount of noise from the hallway and other floors. My little white noise machine was a great help with that. I'd...

I had a procedure to be done in the medical center, and with living an hour away, it was just easiest to secure a local hotel so as to alleviate having to add any more stress to an already stressful situation.

As a HiltonHonor Awards Group member, I looked into this Home2 location, and I’m quite glad that I did.

As my procedure time kept changing, I notified the management at the hotel who were more than accommodating in giving me a flexible check-In as well as check out time. A great relief, and kudos to management.

The room was spotless, as were all amenities. Kitchenette in the room which was stocked with a nice assortment of utensils as well as a mid-sized fridge. All more than I needed, but for a long-term business traveler, I’m sure these are welcome additions.

The front desk check-in and check-out was a breeze, and I was even offered complimentary water and Powerade as well.

And the bed! I haven’t slept that well in ages. A firm, yet giving mattress with plenty of extra pillows and blankets stowed away in a cabinet next to the hanging wardrobe. And a full array of channels on Direct TV available at your fingertips.

All in all, I’d definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Thanks to the staff for a...
