🤢🤮I recently visited Poke Chef with my mom during a road trip to Dallas, and I must say, it was a regrettable choice. After placing our order, we hit the road excited to enjoy our poke bowls, only to find them utterly disgusting. The food had a strange smell and an off-putting flavor, which immediately raised concerns about how it was stored. Our initial doubts were only reinforced when we visited the bathrooms. They were not just slightly dirty; they appeared to have been neglected for weeks or even months. This lack of cleanliness is a major red flag and suggests that the establishment does not prioritize proper sanitation. After spending over $30 on our meals, we ended up throwing everything away. It was incredibly disappointing to waste both our money and our time. I strongly advise against eating here. For anyone leaving five-star reviews, I encourage you to reflect on your experiences—or yall are just dishonest. I DO NOT RECOMMEND...

First time trying this after picking up orders for customers and also being nosey and reading reviews lol🤣👀. The inside is very clean and quiet! Worker greeted me immediately as i walked inside. I ordered ahead online so that way i could take my time adding stuff to my bowl. I normally eat white rice or noodles but i wanted to try their brown rice since i cant master cooking it myself yet haha,was cooked just right,whole bowl came together. Cilantro was FRESH,sauce choice was delicious and should have gotten extra😫, shrimp were delicious and still somewhat crispy considering it was closed with the lid and hot. Would definitely come back!

This is a really really good place

High-traffic area next to a Best buy in there's a lot of people that are curious about poki

I was there when there's a customer who didn't know how to order and Lee helped the newbie then the workers are really really quite nice in terms of explaining everything (included video here of Lee and customer with pink hair)

Also FYI They charge extras for the ramen noodles $1.75 extra

Most of their sauces are spicy

You can either get a burrito or a bowl I would recommend a bowl

You're charged a couple dollars more for extra meat you can choose between two to three meats

Everything's very clean also...
