Terrible experience....I relocated within Spring Hill....so I switched from Walgreens to a closer pharmacy which turned out to be CVS.....gave them my insurance card and I was told it would be an hour... I went home and returned an hour later...when I got there they said they were still working on it and it would be another five minutes.....20 minutes later a long line has formed.....I went to the counter and the pharmacist approached me and said it would be a little while longer....Pharmacist minutes later said it was ready.....I was checked out by a another employee.... I asked her what the protocol was for the future ... she said have seat your name will be called over the intercom and you have to get back on the line....I said that's not good I should be called ahead of the long line after waiting... She said would you like to talk to the manager....I said that's okay ..... I left never to return again ... I would rather travel a few extra miles to Walgreens on Barclay where they call you to the head of the line after waiting ...At the Barclay Walgreens if they call you when its ready without having to go back on the line...SHAME ON YOU to the employee that gave that instruction... I am disabled and have a difficult time walking and standing...For those out there that want that kind of service ......GO FOR IT....By the way I hope that employee...

Called next day was hung up on three times after the phone was answered “computers are down” and the. Click. Called back a few hours later to see if systems were back up and was told they up were up but slow and got hung up on again. Called back n tried to explain my sons prescription has been filled but needed to be picked up. Boom hung up on again. Called back again and insisted on speaking to a manager. The manager receives the phone from whoever had been hanging up all day and I explained to him what has happened and he informs me my prescription could have been picked up way earlier that day and he doesn’t know why she didn’t tel me so. So I told him I’d be there to get them in five minutes and I’d like the name of whomever answered the phone and hung up on me multiple times( the person who handed him the phone) when I arrived I picked up my prescription and asked for the woman’s name. He claimed he had no idea who it was ( lies) .this is the worst cvs pharmacy I ever ever been to.numerous amounts of people have told me not to go there because of how rude they are . From now on I will no longer be using this pharmacy nor would I suggest anyone else...
Read moreAbsolutely amazed at how rude the pharmacy staff are. I came in with a script at 1230 and they said I'd have to wait until after 2 for it. I told them I have a flight out of Orlando in a few hours and I was told well go somewhere else. I asked if an exception could be made and it be filled a little faster and they said nope we have lunch in a little. I get it my problems aren't your problems but I'm the only one waiting inside, I can see the drive through and it's empty why can't you get it filled? So I sit here waiting for it to be filled. While waiting this little old lady comes up to pick up her medicine and her pain meds are on backorder. The rude oriental cashier says well have your doctor write another script and take it somewhere else. She tries explaining that the doctor said he can't right another script while this one is active and tries getting clarification and she said excuse me can I take care of the person behind you. The lady started tearing up cause she doesn't have her pain meds and they were no help to her. The staff back there are real quick to say not our problem. They don't seem to care about helping the client or patients like other places. They just want to be dismissive and cold. I understand that I am only one person and it really doesn't matter to them but this will be the last prescription I get...
