First off I love Kirkland's and their products. I came into the Wentzville store today to pick up an online order that was sent to the store. It was a strange experience. I normally do not write complaints but this experience just left me with a bad taste. The cashier pulled out a book with my order information. Attached to my sheet and the rest of the sheets in the book was a 15% off coupon. She handed it to me and said here's your coupon. And she proceeded to go get my order. It only took her about a minute to retrieve my purchase. I signed the form and handed it back to her. As I picked up my purchase. She said "I'm going to need that back it's only for today" referring to the coupon. Now whether it was or not I'm not sure because I didn't have the coupon long enough to read it. What was the purpose of giving me the coupon in the first place just to take it back? Even if it was only good for "today" then how did she know I wasn't going to go look around the store and purchase something either in store or online? She didn't even take the time to explain what it was for or to suggest that I even look around the store. It was poor customer service. Confused I handed it back to her. She didn't even look up at me the rest of the time because she continued to write. She then stated "That is all" as if she was saying you can leave the store now. Stunned by what had just happened I pick up my purchase and walked out of the store. I don't care about the stupid coupon but I do care about the interaction that took place. Now I understand that this is just one experience with one cashier but it still left a bad impression. I will continue to purchase from other stores but based on this experience I will not be returning to the...

So i asked to speak to a manger. She transfer me to a supervisor. I explained it all to her and how i was charged. She said same thing nothing she could do it didnt show that on her end. I asked her what her name was and that i wanted to talk to her boss. She hung up on me. Really!! I called bk and got her again so i told her how rude it was to hang up on a customer and i wanted to speak to her boss. She transferred me to a voicemail that i doubt it went to anyone. This supervisor i spoke to her name was Susanne. I really dont think she needs a job working with people. Who hangs up on u like that.
