The Cookies were great and seemingly affordable however I did arrive on a Saturday morning with only two cookies to choose from versus the regular 7 to 8 flavors aswell as the Original Chocolate Chip Cookie not being available for my family on there first impression. Of 5 staff members I wasn't even acknowledged or greeted as I came Into the door, possibly just a bad work day for them but I do believe they can do better with there approach to customers I paid for two Cookies a Canoli and a Oreo Cookie. They were both very much cold and old as if they were mere leftovers, six people in line behind me were also in shock as they had never seen such poor choices despite paying top dollar for these cookies, they continued to purchase the same cookies but we all agreed they were not fresh and were very cold, tasteless and cooked with maybe too much egg as it was all you could taste instead of Oreo or cinnamon Canoli we simply tasted Egg each bite as of they used an extra egg on accident for the batter to cake up ,, every person in line with me on that Saturday 20th two days prior to this review were upset they had paid for such terrible products. The staff seemed to excuse there poor performance with the excuse that they were training and prepping the new flavors for the week starting Today Monday 22 , long story short we shouldn't have to wait two more days for decent cookies! If we're driving from 3 towns over to get a gourmet cookie we expect a gourmet cookie not a eggy soggy cold mess like they were going bad or there fridge is simply puffing out and in need of maintenance ASAP. The sad part was my nephew's first impression left him believing the cookies were supposed to be soggy and wet like they were sweating in there containers despite them being as cold as a ice cream sandwich he almost even broke his new tooth biting into his hard frozen Canoli. It was a very depressing visit especially for me who spent the money for the terrible products. I hope my next visit is better than the last one as I have never got such terrible cookies in my 25 plus visits. Then again there's always a first for everything. Forgive my honesty but the...

I was visiting in town for the weekend and after dinner my Daughter suggested that we visit Crumbl in Weslaco. This was a business that she had been wanting to visit for a while. She was excited about going here. She had heard so many good things about this concept. So we walk into Crumbl and are not greeted less acknowledged. My Daughter walks up to the counter, and the young lady working that evening asks my Daughter what she would like? Since this was our first time at Crumbl, we weren't too familiar with the menu or items available? My Daughter then proceeded to ask what items were available and the young lady points at the display. Once again, since this is our first visit at Crumbl, we asked the young lady if she could name what the items were? After the employee described the items for us, we asked which items were available? She then started dwindling the menu down, informing us of the products that weren't available on the display. We finally decided on which items we wanted, and the young lady mentioned that we could get a better bargain if we purchased a 6 pack. This information would have been extremely helpful if it had been mentioned to us from the beginning. Long story short, the total unprofessionalism of the employee, including the vagueness of the product being sold, really made our first experience at Crumbl a less than...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWorst service ever. Not a single person gets acknowledged. They work on orders online and ignore the people standing there for hours. You get to order & they do not have half of the cookies & offer money back if you did an online order. Shouldn't they account for the online order and show only what is available at the time of order. There is no system in place. There are always a lot of workers all doing nothing and have a face on them. No smiles, no acknowledgment, no inventory of what cookies are available. Each person who walks in (for an online order) is told we're out of this or that cookie would you like your $ back! This should not be happening, if the cookie was available online it should be completed. Also, fix your way of processing orders online & in store. In-store also customer took the time to get off and wait in line for over 40-50 minutes. And if the large cookie is not available same flavor offer the small cookie (3-6) for free and refund the customer for time spent. Get it together. Worst experience ever. Employees smile, say hello & I'll be right with you sir or ma'am. Easy acknowledgement is key! Additional the restaurant (cookie business) is dirty and the cross contamination is gross. The employee wears gloves but keeps touching face and hair! Yuk. If I could give zero...
