I live in the area, over 2 years now. Because its cold out, I ordered through Uber eats instead of walking like I usually do. My order was 43.20 not including the tip and service fees for using uber eats. I ended up having to walk anyway. After speaking with both manager and supervisor here, I'm pushing that the female latina manager and male caucasian supervisor be removed and that all new staff is hired due to all of their, ignorance and unprofessional demeanor. Orders are continuosly wrong here, CHECK THE REVIEWS, and they don't want to take responsibility. I was here Wednesday night and wanted my order remade because it was horrible and missing items. I'm a grown woman, I'm not gonna ask for anything I don't deserve. I paid almost $50 for my order and wasn't able to get it or my money back. Yes, I ordered through Uber eats but I didn't want a refund, I wanted the food I ordered for my child so she could have dinner before practice. So telling me "policy states" if you want a refund you have to go through Uber eats has nothing to do with my situation. Also, implying that im just trying to get more food when the order I returned to you, because of its disgusting presentation and missing items, was time stamped with a receipt of 20 minute's prior, I'm sorry, is pretty ridiculous. And did I mention that while I was trying to get the food I paid for remade, a woman came in for a refund because her food was tossed in the bag and her order was wrong too. Good day burger King, please know I'm an advocate for what's just. I won't rest until this location is being ran by more suitable and professional individuals. My investigation is pending with Burger King's corporate office and I will be contacting, The Journal Sentinel and Fox 6 news for the scoop if my concerns aren't taken seriously. Noone wants to have a place in their neighborhood that they can't utilize, simply because the people working there are uneducated and unaware of their roles. Your reviews show that the local.people go out of their way to another location rather than come here!!! So sad you'd rather lose your job over an order, when you could have just been a decent human being and rectified the situation as it was clearly fault on your part, again, CHECK THE REVIEWS. "Policy states" that if I paid for my food, which I showed proof of, I should get what I paid for. You don't sound intelligent stating policies when it has nothing to do with the situation. I didn't want a refund at the time, I wanted what I paid for...Uber eats couldn't give me that....burger king could and didn't because I guess pretending to be right is easier than admitting you're wrong. Personally, I wouldn't know. I'm not perfect but I can at least admit when I'm wrong. NO STARS. Let's try again with staffing at this location, Burger King, check the reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks this...
Read moreHorrible service at this location. I ordered on the app and selected contactless drive thru, (as has been advertised nonstop during COVID-19.) After waiting in line at the drive thru, per the apps instructions, I was told I had to come into the store. I'm an ICU nurse who works with COVID patients and I deliberately try to have as little contact with people in public spaces as possible, for THEIR safety, so I was disappointed by this. Then when I went in the store, all the employees stood around pretending they didn't see or hear me. Another woman came in, bag in hand, and also waited and yelled, "Excuse me! Is anyone there?" and still stood there for several minutes trying to get someone's attention. Finally she requested the manager, and a refund, as every item in her order was wrong. When she was finished, I asked the manager why people had to come inside for "Contactless drive-thru", and he condescendinly told me "it's store policy." I then asked if ANYONE could get my order, as I'd been waiting 20 minutes at this point, and he told me they had my order and slinked away never to be seen again. The girl who brought my food moved as slowly as possible, with a scowl and an attitude. She set it on the counter--on her side of the counter (behind the plexiglass) and said, "Here's your food" and walked away. I had to lean across the counter and around the plexiglass to get my food.
This whole visit was ridiculous. If employees don't want to do their jobs, they can quit. Giving customers attitude, taking as long as possible, and slapping their food on the counter leaving them to lay across the counter to get it themselves, is completely unacceptable. Also, they should turn off the option for contactless drive thru at this location, since their "store policy" requires people to come inside anyways. If I could give 0...
