Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Allis

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Worst experience ordering, EVER! I tried to 1st order online with the deal the pizza hut website showed, however...it's not available at this location. Okay, I understand. I plug in my order and go to checkout. For some technical error reason, my card information would not go through, it kept giving me some error saying to re-enter card info and try again. After several attempts, I decided to just call the store and place an order over the phone. A gentleman answers and I briefly explain my situation trying to order online...instead of saying "I'm sorry that's not working. What can I get you?" The guy is going back and forth with me saying "did you enter the right card info?" "Did you try refreshing the page?" "Maybe it's the device your using". He's having me "troubleshoot" and try this and that. I'm trying to just order my dinner and feed my baby at the same time! After he tells me it's maybe the device I'm using, I'm like, "I have a desktop, I suppose I could try that later" and he's like "okay" .... I'm like "I can't try that right now I'm feeding my 9 month old baby!" And he's like "okay"....I'm a very patient person, but by this time I was so furious because the time he took (4 minutes 57 seconds to be exact) to have me try this and that, he could have just taken my phone order! I literally told him I was just going to call domino's. And I did. Got a better deal and was on and off the phone in 2 minutes. I do NOT recommend this place! Horrible customer service, and I say that because I actually WORK in customer...

Disappointed with the service we received tonight. Things happen and I totally get that…here’s our story.

We order delivery from the Pizza Hut app, paid $70 for not that much food , tis the times we are living in. This value is important to note tho.

Got our order. Boxes felt hot. Family was excited for dinner. We start opening boxes and realize we have received the completely wrong order. Driver is already gone. No biggie, things happen. So I try to call. Phone rings and rings and then says something like “there is no one to answer so we are disconnecting the call now”. Ok, cool. So? I close up all the food, get my 2 kids in their winter gear so we can drive to the store. At $70 id like the meal I paid for.

Get there and the lady was nice enough. Said it would be 15 minutes to remake the order. Ok cool. So we sit and wait.

After waiting a bit she asked why I was waiting, remake, oh ok. Then goes back and gets my order. She did apologize but offered me nothing. No discount, no removing of my delivery fee, no coupon, no soda, nothing. Seeing as I ordered delivery and had to come to the store to get my correct order I would have appreciated something. Boxes are all barely warm. Get home, pizza is burnt and cold, missing extra sauces I paid for.

Seems like my order was just chillin in the back getting cold. Nothing was remade while we sat there and waited.

Disappointing to say the least. Again, for $70 I would’ve appreciated if they actually remade the meal.

I’m sorry to say this but, Be careful...

We were staying at a local hotel and attempted to order pizza online. Online ordering was closed so I called this Pizza Hut to find that they only had one delivery driver so they were only taking phone orders. I placed my order (1 large stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage pizza, 12 honey BBQ bone in wings, and a 2 liter of Dr Pepper). I was baffled that our total was over $37 but I agreed and hung up the phone as I had a family to feed and it was already 9 pm. The man on the phone stated delivery would be 45 minutes- 1 hour. As I was waiting for our order, I looked up pricing online and our pizza should have been $9.99, wings approximately $13.50, and soda $1.50...a far cry from $40! When the delivery driver finally arrived at 10:22 (almost an hour and a half!) I asked why the bill was so much and she stated they do not have the same deals as online. I didn't have the option to order online! But, I took the food, tipped the driver, and closed the door. She must have been out delivering a bunch of orders because our food was cold.
