So this used to be 5 stars because the employees at this location are what hold this store together. Everyone single one of them have always been helpful and courteous and they are the only reason I even go back to GameStop. Now the reason for the 2-star review is because GameStops cooperate is absolutely terrible! I used GameStops grading services and sent in some card in random values and the first sets came back no issues. I then sent some higher value ones in and now they have been missing since December of 2024 and no one has any info on what happened to them. GameStop cooperate will tell you to go to the store. The store is provided 0 information on what to do when cards are lost. After months of visiting, calls, and still waiting now end of February I still have no answers and still missing well over $1k in cards. This review will change if they are found safe and returned. Again nothing but the best service and courteous staff at the store but absolutely astonishing how their cooperation operates outside...
Read moreWe had a horrible experience with GameStop and will never purchase there again. We bought a Afterglow 9 headset for $85 at the end of November as a Christmas present for our son. It is our fault that we didn't notice that their return policy is only for 30 days, which expired before Christmas arrived essentially. The headphones worked for 3 weeks. GameStop said it wasn't their problem, and to contact the manufacturer, which we have been doing since January and still no response (after emails, messages, reviews left). We were horrified at how little GameStop cares about the products they sell. Had we gone with Amazon or Walmart, the vendor would have given us credit. GameStop's location in our town wasn't even polite about it, just a "not our problem" comment. I did overhear a conversation with another customer that came in, expecting that their special order had arrived. Apparently it was delayed and they were never notified. I get that these things happen, and people need to be understanding.
