Ross Dress for Less — Local services in West Bend

This Ross is not like other ross's. It's NOT worth a walk-in. First, you have to ask to use the bathroom. It's a locked door that is code protected. You have to wander the store and be a good identifyer for someone who may be a "worker". If they aren't busy gossiping about everything under the sun. If you pick up a shoe to look at it. You are greeted with a very sensitive alarm that everyone can hear ; like you're stealing them just looking at them. The store is not stocked, multiple areas look like they are going out of business store with empty bins/empty spaces on racks, and everything has sensitive alarms on it. So just look with your eyes...

Big organized store. Easy to navigate through the racks. Good checkout staff.

Some price tags are misleading, they compare prices with other retail stores. Some times it was a sticker shock. Some of my pants were $70 else where. Might be a trick to think you are getting a good deal.

Needs more variety of selections in the plus size clothes for women.

Lots of cool handbags, beats Walmart prices for handbags. Most prices are close to Walmart prices.

I found a cool green handbag, that looks just like the handbag in a match game I'm playing.

Staff on 1/18/2025 7p shift were extremely rude and unprofessional upon entering I was greeted by staff saying we are closing in the next 30 minutes no hello how are you? Can I help you find anything? I proceeded to shop then another announcement came on and they were like we will be closing in 20 minutes. I’m like ok then while looking for underwear quick I was greeted by another staff member “we are closing like really really soon!!! I was basically harassed while I was shopping. Definitely won’t ever be returning...
