Horrible customer service. My Marine Vet husband and I went in to find a lock and lug key set for our vehicle and the man working at the time was so rude and inconsiderate. We didn't know what size key the tires lug nuts needed so we we're hoping to test the different key sizes before buying to make sure we were getting the right size. The guy told us we can't do that, we then said well if we buy the set and it ends up being the wrong size we can still return it with the receipt right? He told us no that we can't do that either because it's not fair to him, even though that's not what the return policy states. There's been tons of parts that we have gotten from an Auto Zone in the past and they always let you return stuff. He was being a complete jerk and didn't even want to help, hope this guy can start learning what true customer service is about. We went down the road to the Napa Auto store and the guy there was so nice and generious he let us test out all the sizes until we found the right one and instead of us paying $200 for the kit he let us borrow the one that fit so we could get our tires changed at Walmart and then we brought it back to him. Read moreNormally would be lower then this, except the last time I was in I had a good experience. However I have taken a few batteries in to get swapped under warranty. You are Harassed, with them telling you the battery is still good. It's like they don't want to uphold their side of the warranty. One time I came in with a batteries with a video of my machine at home saying the battery was bad and it wouldn't start 2 of my trucks. Guy proceeded to tell me it was my trickler, and hooked up 3 different testers on the battery which all told him it was a bad battery.before giving a new one. If the battery is good like you guys say then slap a sticker on it and sell it again. Just give me a different battery without the hassle. Not like I'm asking for money back I'm asking for the exact same battery. Read moreGive Ben a raise. Our car broke down when we were on our first vacation with our 6 month old baby 4 hours away from home. My husband was trying to fix the car with their incomplete tool set when Ben went and let him borrow his personal tools. He could also see that I was stressed trying to keep the baby calm and offered me a chair to sit down. I was super thankful for that because it was hot outside and we ended up being there for a couple of hours. Austin, which I believe was the manager on shift was less than helpful and seemed pretty annoyed when Ben was helping us find the correct tools to buy but thankfully Ben helped us out during a stressful situation!...
