If I could give 0 I would. I will never shop this store ever again and would suggest that no one else does either. I rarely ever leave reviews but feel it is necessary to do so for this store. They have jaded me so much that I would recommend never shopping a Verizon "retail" store either only a regular Verizon store. My husband and I dealt with TJ the manager on first visit. He clearly stated that we were getting two phones for free and that our bill would not change. That was last August and after visiting the store 3 additional times as he never returns phone calls or follows up, a trip to Saginaw to a regular Verizon Store and monthly "Loyalty" Verizon phone calls for 30-60 minutes at a time, I finally got an email today (one year later) that they have refunded me the $480 they owe me for charging $20/month for both of our phones for a year. They still can not guarantee that the $40 charge will not appear again on our next bill--they are monitoring. The Loyalty Verizon number basically said that we were not eligible for the "free phone" promotion but TJ sold it that way to us. Kudos to Verizon for making it right and I have filed a complaint with them about TJ and this West Branch Verizon "retail" store. TJ was so nice and helpful in the store. We felt very comfortable with him and even bought $600 worth of accessories on the same visit BUT buyer beware....he is a sheep in wolves clothing and not to be trusted. If it was an honest mistake, he should have admitted that and made it right but he did not and basically after three trips to complain to him, he passed the buck to Verizon and gave me their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTrying to resolve an issue with a new phone, I went into this location trying to receive any help I could. The first time I went in there were only two accociates working and they were with the same customer. There were other customers waiting ahead of me so I patiently waited. I waited for 20 minutes before one of them, just gave me a number to call customer support. Neither of of them even attempted to help after that. After 45 minutes of waiting on hold I got up and left. Later that day I needed to return due to customer support telling me to go get a new SIMS card. I was not told that this store was an indirect location. Upon returning, there was still only 2 associates, one being different and the other the same as a couple hours previous. One was with a customer, the other was sitting at a desk. I was greeted by the associate that was with the customer while the other one continued to sit at the desk staring at a computer. By this time there is now more customers in the store. I explained to the associate my issue that I had been dealing with now 2 full days and she regretfully explained they were an indirect location and there wasn't much she could do. She still took the time to listen to me, call customer service twice for me, after she was hung up on the first time. She sat with me for over an hour and a half trying to help me get resolution. Her name is Allyssa, the only good thing at that location. Allyssa deserves 5 stars, but the other associates a 0. I myself have been in customer service for 10 years and Allssya is as good as it gets. If I owned a business I'd want her working for...

I went in to their west branch store to see the price of getting service started 3 days before my pay day. I was told that all I had to pay was tax on the phone. I liked what they were offering so I went back on payday to purchase the phone and plan.
I had also priced the hum hot spot and i was told that all i had to pay was the first month to take it home. My mouth watered for 3 days over the phone that i really wanted.
OF COURSE I WAS TOLD NOTHING BUT LIES!!!!!
The first employee misrepresented the price, the product and everything. This practice is illegal!! According to the LAW, the price you advertise is the price the consumer pays. You are getting ready for a very rude surprise, a court summon. You do NOT lie to your customers.
Not only did they say that i had to buy the $!,000 phone at full price all at once, but then i had to give them an additional $200.00. That's not all folks! The hot spot was another down payment of $100.00 PLUS, I had to buy the actual device, plus pay set up and first month on everything.
They went from $56.00, to $1,900! You cannot lie to your customers, you will be giving me the phone for the price you advertised, ITS THE LAW!!!!!! You will be hearing from me very soon. You will not like my reprisal. A judge will FORCE you to give me the first price you quoted. PERIOD!!!!
The part that really sunk salt into it, was the fact that they wasted almost 2 hours of my time clacking away on that tablet, and talking on there phones. SEE...
