I only give it a 2 because Dave the employee that works there is very nice and respectful but the district manager Dave is very rude and disrespectful my 78 your old friend who bought a phone there has a hard time understanding so yesterday we called and Dave the employees that we could bring it back today well we took it in there and he was on his computer and talking to the manager in the store and they said no the seven days were up but actually they were not up we didn't have the phone the full 7 days the employee Dave tried to convince them to give him back his money but the district manager when I called said no way that's the rules I explained to him that the seven days was enough there's 24 hours in a day and we were there way before the 7 days were up hours he didn't seem to care and he was very rude I could say a lot of unpleasant things about him but I won't. And I would like the owner to read this because Dave the district manager refused to give me anybody else's phone number...

I started the trip waiting for the lady to check herself out that took 15 minutes .I transfered 3 lines and I walked out with one working phone! The lady didn't even know how to connect the hot spot! She did offer us phones, cases, nothing. It was horrible. I went in again, I had a plan to get working phones, this time the gal was super helpful, but the internet wasn't working again in the store. After a week of having cricket. I finally have working phones. I figured it out myself and activated them. 45 minutes drive to and from west branch times two trips.
