Cue Pilates has changed my life. I’ve been training with Tania for four years consistently. She is a classical Pilates instructor who teaches in a way that is easy to understand yet challenging to your physical needs. All of the instructors are amazing to work with.
I have accrued multiple, painful issues in my low back, neck and shoulders. Sports injuries, multiple pregnancies and just daily wear and tear. After my last child was born I could not take the chronic pain so I sought back into Pilates, which is where I luckily found Tania. Here I am, four years later, pain free and in the best physical health I could imagine- and I’m still strengthening and learning with each class every week at Cue.

I’m a long time client with a variety of physical issues. I specifically like Cue Pilates’ “traditional” philosophy, emphasizing good form over reps, on both mat and Reformer.
