I never leave reviews, but this one is really well deserved....If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been a tenant for 2.5 years and can only tell you that if you are considering to rent here, please save yourself and your sanity and just don't do it. Pros Great location & views Friendly front desk and cleaning crew Reside Athletics program Cons Management: HORRIBLE, and I can't stress that enough, especially since being taken over by Reside Living. Not helpful at all, rude, and they (Kati in particular) treat you like you are getting paid to live there and not the other way around. Far far far from a luxurious experience. Price and price increases: When I first moved in, my rent was in the $1800s for a 1 bedroom, and since new management took over, same units go for well over $2350. $550 up in about 2.5 years, you do the math...In the meantime, nothing about the units has been updated. The value for the money is below average as well. Corners were cut when this place was being built: My apartment flooded 7 times already (5 times with disgustingly dirty sewage water from bathroom ceiling, and 2 times from the laundry room) because of issues with pipes (see photos attached). Many of my neighbors are experiencing the same. When I requested rent credit because of it as my stuff was ruined and I wasn't able to use my bathroom for days on several occasions, they were not accommodating at all. Most times, it took days to fix it, and I am still afraid I'll wake up in the middle of the night with another flood. I am actually pretty sure that structurally the building doesn't even fit the code (I know there were some gas leak issues in the building as well). Nuts and bolts are falling off the cabinets, there are constant water and bathroom exhaust fans issues (mine hasn't been working for months now), we've been without electricity and running water many times, central air brings in so much dirt and dust to my place that I have to buy my own filters to put on top of the vents in addition to the usual filters (see photo for a vent filter I had on for only 2 weeks and how black it is...). The ceiling by the windows has cracks in it so there is always water dripping into my apartment when it's raining or when snow is melting (photo attached). Pet policy (if you have a dog): New management is taking in some pretty insanely aggressive dogs. They stick to the (stupid) restricted breed list and that's about it. So if your dog is not on the restricted breed list, but is aggressive, you are good to go. I used to love having my dogs here, and now I have to watch every corner because there are literally like demonic non-breed-restricted dogs everywhere that bark, growl, and are unfriendly to other dogs. Pet rent was also increased, but no additional amenities or perks were added for pets. The dog run that's on the rooftop (which is the ONLY pet amenity) is very dirty at all times. Security: Cars have been broken into in the garage (where parking is overpriced as it is) and they didn't even let the tenants know. They just put up signs saying "we are not responsible for any theft or damage to the vehicles". Bikes were stolen from there too in past. Pool: Overcrowded; there are pool rules, but no system to enforce it. Also check out how "clean" it looks in the photos on some days. I could go on with more issues, but do you really need more? I got sucked into an unfortunately long lease, but luckily the end of it is near. I've been renting for 10+ years, never had any issues anywhere, but this place....All neighbors who moved in when I did are already long gone too, because it's just that good....

First, I want to say thank you to the entire staff at Reside on Green Street, Krystal, (Property Manager) Matt (My Leasing Specialist) and the entire concierge team! When I first walked into Reside on Green Street, I was treated like Royalty! Matt assisted me with my apartment search and with all my move in needs and questions. He was pleasure to work with! On my move in day Krystal called to welcome me to the community, and offered any assistance. I felt like I belonged. My apartment was clean, fresh, and cozy! The Concierge team (Steve, John, and the rest are super nice, friendly, helpful, concerned, and just a joy to be around! I look forward to being here for years. This is home.

Lived here for 3 years and have nothing but great things to say about it! The front desk guys are awesome and always had a treat ready for my dog. Matt in the leasing office made everything seamless. The gym, pool, lobby, everything was kept in such great shape that you truly get spoiled by living here. The views are spectacular and the apartment itself is all-time. If I didn't have to move cities, I would have never left.

Matt and Clark- the office team , are helpful and have excellent communication skills. Matt was a tremendous help when my bank account got hacked and it messed up my auto pay!!! He was patient and walked me through step by step to get cashier checks in the meantime. He just made the process easy and was understanding and listened to me complain incessantly about the recent drama. Clark is hilarious and fun and always on top of it. He takes resident feedback seriously and into consideration to make the most people happy when planning for events and parties. He’s really down to earth and just a great vibe overall!!! John , Steven, Sal, and David -our trustworthy men who run the show downstairs deal with such a variety of people and issues every single day and night. I have never felt so lucky to talk to them, see them , get their input and help every single week at least. They make sure to keep us very safe and know who is entering, exiting, and follow protocols to a T!!!! They always have a smile for me and my guests and make where I live feel very classy :) I am constantly out and about and they are the cherry on top of my amazing life. They plan parties for us, constantly recommend things that I need, help me with my dating outfits when my nails are too long to zip a dress or clasp a necklace!!!!!!, recommend rooftops for me to try, teach me about Apple Music when I’m going to attend lallapalooza, expand my mind with their own travel and trips, listen to me go on basically all the time about whatever is going on in my life. But also , they are not afraid to share just the right amount about themselves - which is why I consider John, Steven, Sal and David very dear to me and very much a reason I stay at reside on green and love it so VERY much. John, Steven , Sal and David are knowledgeable, fun , caring , and smart men. We are lucky to have them and I appreciate them. I don’t know how you found them but please keep them happy. They contribute so much to our community and are at the very core of what makes reside such a positive , money generating place !!! If you talk to them even once, you would know that they themselves are worth a million. Last, but definitely not least is Derrick . Derrick ALWAYS and I repeat ALWAYS fixes things immediately within probably 24 hours or sooner. He comes to my unit to unclog a drain, fix my ice maker, put a new nozzle on my kitchen sink so it is moveable, readjust my AC when I can’t figure it out … I mean none of these things are even severe and yet no matter how small - he comes and fixes my picky requests. And he does it with such ease and is so respectful and also , a dear friend at this point . I trust him to come into my space at any time and take care of it as if it was his own. Derrick is amazing and knows exactly what he is doing with these units . He too just brings so much value to...

Reporting live from Reside on Green Street (ROGS) to give you apartment wanderlusts the skinny on this joint ("joint" because it's akin to what I believe the clink could feel like).

Let's take that metaphor a step further. I'll take you down a journey to make your decision easier to bypass this place...

"The yard": "The yard" refers to amenities, many of which you'll have very limited access to and/or will feel sparse upon move in. For those of us "lucky" enough to be here paying full rent, ROGS has offered no concessions despite the fact that we have limited access to pool, gym and community areas. Now, I know what you're thinking, "yes, but it's for your own protection". Agreed. No need to put anyone at risk. But as they've cut costs around here (staff, security, amenity upgrades), they've yet to provide something for the residents like a reduction in rates or even something as simple as a $10 credit to grab lunch somewhere close. It'd cost them minimal and might actually make people think they care (which believe me, they don't).

Housing: Interested in what your neighbors are up to? The walls are paper thin 'round these parts which means you'll be blessed with music, barking and coital adventures on the regular. Sometimes I feel like I should respond with my opinion on the discussions my neighbors are having.

"The Warden": The management around this place is oh-so-awful. Got feedback / complaint / suggestion? Bring it to the warden where you can either expect zero reply or when convenient, a snarky, trite, flippant response. Flippant is such a great term, by the way. Really drives home the point. I won't name names but if you have the pleasure of moving in, you'll rapidly figure out who this is. My personal favorite was the rent reminder that went out a couple months into COVID. First time it's ever happened during my 7 months, which likely stems from their inability to collect (yes, I've paid) and the fact that people are dropping like flies around here...

Which brings me to my final point...

The rent: You're going to overpay here. Especially if you've already moved in. They generally offer 1 month free rent but because this place is turning into a ghost town, like real quick, they're offering 2 months free rent (as of July). Here's the thing...generally I wouldn't care. But for those of us who have been paying full price and get less concessions, it's the short end of the stick. It's bad business, ergo peeps be leavin'.

That's the scoop...thanks for listening.

Note: I like the concierge and maintenance staff a lot so this is not a reflection of their...
