I’ve been going to sat nam and it’s my personal favorite studio I’ve ever been to…and I’ve done A LOT of different types OF yoga.

Okay now onto the massage. I’ve been getting massages regularly for years and am always in the hunt for the best massage. I’m a bit of a massochist when it comes to my taste and REALLY want someone to get in there DEEP! Jimmy Chan at Sat Nam, is HANDS-DOWN the best, the strongest and the most intuitive therapist on the face of the planet! Maybe even the universe! Yeah, definitely the universe.

To each their own and I can respect someone who enjoys a relaxing Swedish massage (Sat Nam has all types of therapists), but I approach sessions to get rid of as much stuck energy, nots, etc as possible. Not only does Jimmy know the ins and the outs of the meridians and the body’s complete structure, he’s a Thai Chi and Qigong Sufi Master and fully infuses his energetic knowledge and mastery into his work. Your mind, body and spirit will be absolutely blown away on your first session with Jimmy. I could literally write a frickin’ book; just book with Jimmy and enjoy. I attended an event at Sat Nam about 4 years ago. There were several practioners doing various programs. I did the reiki healing and a another type of healing and the practitioners were great. I highly recommend attending one of those events. There was a young guy there that drew your picture and was going to tell you all about you based on his energy of you. He is a FRAUD. He drew my picture while asking me questions about my life. He did not tell me about myself through an energy reading, he asked questions about my life. The picture he drew was not worth the money spent. My friend had the same experience with him. I hope Sat Nam never asks him back. My three stars is because the girls in the shop at the time were pushy and kept trying to get me to buy the most expensive items.
