Had the Espresso Macchiato the infamous Caesar Wrap and Truffle Bliss. This place left me speechless, suprised this little unassuming Cafe is putting out expertly crafted wraps and sandwiches. The quality is there, the size is there and most importantly the value is there.
Let's get to it....
Espresso Macchiato: The Espresso was sooo smooth, not bitter like so many other coffee joints. The foam was "perfecto" my ancestors would be so proud. The employees give barsita a new meaning. A must have.
Caesar Wrap: First impression, "OH YEAH" and as soon as I looked in the middle, I dove in. First few bites were a blur as I was trying to process all this gloriousness. Tons of fresh chicken, plenty of dressing, parmesean, perfect ratio of lettuce and house made croutons! The wrap holds up, 100%, there was lettuce chicken and dressing all the way to the last bite. I'M SAYING IT, the bar has been set here people. Ya know when you bite something and it's sooo damn good that you can only shake your head? Umm yeah, gonna be thinking about this one for awhile.
Was full after a half of the wrap, but had to bite the Truffle Bliss! (Yes, I'm sitting in my car on Madison, lol)
Truffle Bliss panini: Shhh, this one's not online, only a little sign in store. First impression...WTF?! What is this beautiful sandwich I'm holding? I didn't know panini's were this big, yay!! Thick cut Mortadella piled high, sweet pickles, arugula, truffle cream, cheese. My minds spinning, absolutely delicious.
They have a big menu AND breakfast too, what am I gonna...
Read moreWow, this was an unexpected treat for a small cafe on the corner. The food was so delicious that I returned to work to write this review. I was craving a panini, and this small cafe popped up in my searches, so I grabbed my friend, and off we went. For a small restaurant, they pack big flavors in their bites. I ordered the Easy Briezzzy, and my friend called the Tommy Cubana. We also ordered two gingerbread lattes. Now, where to start. My Easy Briezzzy was all comfort flavors wrapped into one panini (which packed a lot of punch for happy taste buds). I did steal a bite from my friend's sandwich. It was still steaming when he got it, and that bite was great. I am not a fan of mustard in any capacity, but I did not even taste it. The gingerbread lattes were superb, for the fact that they were not overly sweet. The cafe was not super busy, but we arrived at the tail end of the lunch hour, and the cafe closed at 2pm. When we arrived, most of the customers in the establishment were grabbing their take-out orders. We will revisit this cafe again to try more...

Owner Michelle and her mother both run this small cafe and I'd hate to work for those women full time!
The way I heard Michelle's mother speak down to her deli employees was embarrassing and dehumanizing. That woman does not care how loud or rude she is to get her point across. And they have the audacity to decorate the place with religious Christian Bible verses.. way to show how kind Christian people are huh ladies? Who in their right mind would want to work for people like that? That's why they're always posting ads on Craigslist for new staff. New flash ladies; your staff isn't the problem.. it's you. I'm surprised COVID didn't permanently shut them down. These entitled white women need to get another hobby.
Sincerely, A former employee you hired off Craigslist back in early 2019 and let go in less...
