Horrible experience walking to the store at this location in WEST COVINA! I came to the store with the intention of buying a box of chocolates to take to my kids who is currently waiting so patiently in the car while I was waiting for an order from BEST BUY to be processed within the hour. I went to the mall and got excited to see the store open and NO one literally no customer inside considering I’m trying to avoid crowd. As I enter the store NO EMPLOYEE ever greeted me and it was fine as I was more thrilled to see the full display of chocolate goodies and snap ONE quick photo of the selection to message my son what kind of chocolate he would want... yet I get this loud in almost yelling tone WE DON’T ALLOW PICTURES here pls stop taking pictures... i was almost startled with the person behind the counter tone of voice. I said to her OH well I need to send to my son So...i could... before I even finished the sentence She said it again We don’t allow pictures! And turned her back on me. And DID this employee ever ASK ME if I wanted something? Or can I help you? What kind of customer service is this? My jaw just dropped ! Completely and utterly disappointed how I was treated by this employee. Whoever is the Manager at this store... I hope you read this review and hopefully train your employees on how to treat customers. I went to other Rocky Mountain store location here in San Gabriel Valley or LA County which includes store at Citadel outlet and I was never treated like this this store is HORRIBLE! Had three bad apples. 2 heath bar apples and one cinnamon apple. Took the first mushy apple back and they gladly replaced it. The first couple bites seemed ok however the apple candy peeled off with the apple skin and the rest of the apple was mushy. The cinnamon was the same. Thinking this was just a bad batch of apples. Went back to purchase two more and kindly asked the girl who was inside when was the last apples were made because i did not want the same batch i had three days ago. She was rude and told me that it was not apple season and all the apples are going to be like the ones i had. I went in to this store because I heard they had the pistachio filled chocolate bars and I then after I asked for one the cashier then said it was 20$ but I was so surprised because I thought to myself that it’s expensive for one chocolate bar so I was debating weather to get it or not but I decided not to get it and as I was leaving I hear the workers laughing at me. Staff was very rude and I won’t come back again.
