mall — Local services in West Covina

My boyfriend and I decided to try items from several different places in the West Covina Mall food court. We stopped by Hot Dog on a Stick first. They make your corn dogs to order even dipping them in front of you. Super hot and fresh! Then we tried Bitez... they have sliders, chicken wings, fries and shakes. The sliders were good but half the size of a normal slider. The fries were cold and my cookie and cream shake was super thin. I tried to give them a pass and asked them to remake the shake thicker... and it came back out the exact same way. We decided to get a refund for the shake... but chalked it up with the food. Then we tries Sbarro pizza. Hands down the best! Loved that the pizza was super hot and fresh out of the oven. Bitez needs more help or something... idk if I wanna give them another try...

It's tends to be very empty. I've been coming to this mall for over 25 years, and honestly it's in its worse condition yet. I walk around the facility and just get an eerie feeling. I feel like the prime of this mall was back when you guys had the koi fish pond in the middle of the mall. I don't think I have ever seen it as busy as those times. Seems like they are going to do a renovation, but it doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon. I only come for Burlington and that's it. I don't even waste my time going into the more than...

I've been going to the West Covina Mall since before they were open to the public. I use to walk thru the mall during construction (no one stopped me). In the early days I knew the managers of every shop and the security personnel. It's changed a lot since it first opened (for the better). It's still a nice mall to go to.
