I’ve had a couple procedures done at Beauty Vault Med Spa and my experiences have all been exceptional. I’ve had facials done by Nina and she is great! She is very down to earth and I loved that she didn’t try to haggle me into buying extra products or getting different procedures other than what I come for. The facial was nice and relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I’ve also had microneedlings done by Shera. I loved that she took the time to go over my concerns and tailored my procedure to my health issues. I had lots of questions and she was very good at letting me know what she was doing and how it may feel as she went along. She was very gentle and handled my skin with care. My teenage daughter came with me once and both Nina and Shera took time to give her some tips in treating her acne prone skin. I love the vibe at Beauty Vault and the personability of their staff. This place is divine it’s the luxury it’s gorgeous it’s very demure and you guys should definitely make an appointment they give you the most easy, breezy peaceful process they really make sure the client is happy and is certain of all the things and everything here is amazing. When I tell you, you'll never feel more cared for at a place, I mean it. This place is not only beautiful inside and out (I love the decor), but has such incredible staff. You walk in and are immediately greeted. They have a variety of beverages (I'm a sucker for some coffee and seltzer water). Nina is the sweetest. She wears ALL the hats. Front desk, esthetician, etc. She does it all and makes you feel so welcome. Her facials are so relaxing. Shira is also incredible. I got a microneedling treatment from her and she was SO thorough. Explained all the steps. Exactly what she was doing. The after care. I felt super comfortable around her and with the whole process. Location is prime too. Next to a Trader Joe's is dangerous haha. But there's parking right downstairs. I live in the valley and will gladly come down here for treatments. You'll feel cared for and so much better after leaving! They also take CareCredit which is...
