IGNORE ALL 5-STAR REVIEWS FOR 4TWENTY MARKET, THEY ARE SOLICITED IN EXCHANGE FOR DISCOUNTS
Over the years I've lived in LA, I've been to countless dispensaries, but I had a truly unique experience at 4twenty Market, so I had to write a review. Just for reference, I spend between $400-$500 per month on cannabis.
When I entered the shop, there was one guy covered in face tats, ducked behind the counter fixing displays who didn't greet me. I said hello to him, and he responded with "you're going to have to make your selection fast because we gonna close soon". I found this strange and rude, especially because it was like 7:15pm on a weekday and I think their posted hours are until 9pm.
I looked around for a few minutes and made my selection and let the guy know I was ready. He then said "now you're going to have to wait because I am in the middle of something" and I was shocked and speechless (which is rare for me). I just walked out without making a purchase and will not only never be back, but I will now be actively warning people not to go to this horrible place.
Every dispensary has similar items and prices, so why would anyone ever go to the place that has disdain for their customers? Just shop at any of the many other dispos in WeHo. It's no wonder why I never see a single customer in there when I pass by. 0/10

Read moreLAPCG is the ideal “small business” neighborhood dispensary. Since moving to the area it’s become a pleasurable destination along walks with my dog. We are always greeted with courtesy by security out front and then again by the host inside. Consistent smiles and a consistent positive attitude begins your shopping trip. Smaller than their competing corporate giants, and kinder, LAPCG is an intimate setting with big-hearted individuals who you get to know, and whom get to know you. While I have had a great shopping experience with the entire team, I enjoy shopping with Liz. Liz, from the moment I met her, I described as “refreshing.” She has a beautiful calming energy about her and you can feel she cares for you and the products she’s helping you select. She knows my likes now so readies them up and makes new suggestions that may be relevant or even offers advice on sonething new and different to try. But most of all, as with most places I go, my dog steals the show. There is nobody on that staff that hasn’t greeted her, pet her, given her water, offered her a treat, or simply just talked to her. She’s much cuter than I am so I completely understand. But loving on my dog is the fastest way to my ♥️. Read moreZERO STARS. Very upset. When I purchased my first Bhang cartridge and battery here I was told the battery has a lifetime warranty and to bring it back any time it breaks for a new one. Also that the cartridges have been known to leak and if that happens to bring it back for a new one. After my 4th or 5th cartridge purchase a little over a week ago I noticed it wasn't working as well as normal. I expected it was the battery and brought it back. They won't let me return it without the charger. Very stupid, but fine. Today I bring the charger, battery, and cartridge back to find out what is wrong. The guy behind the counter deduces it is the cartridge, but because I've used about 75% of it, they can't give me a new one. Okay. Fine. Can you at least give me a discount on another one? No. The boss says no. And the 'boss' won't come out. Bad business sense AND spinelessness. Needless to say I'm never going back here again. I would have been happy with 10% off my almost $90 purchase, which they offer to every 1st...
