Villa Esther — Local services in West Hollywood

Day 6 of health dept announcing pools to be reopened and we’re the only building with caution tape STILL surrounding our roof deck. No explanation as to why either. Profit over people... This company is acting as if they want to keep their residents safe during a pandemic but in reality they are just trying to save money where they can and forgetting that at a time where social distancing requires everyone to stay HOME tenants expect to have access to all parts of said home. They shut down the private gym, rooftop and managers office at their discretion without implementing any alternative solutions which could have easily been incorporated in a safe and cleanly manner. These spaces each have the capacity to be managed in a way that would promote social distancing. Meanwhile, there has been zero effort to introduce any additional cleaning or sterilizing of the most used, smaller places. Most importantly, a rent reduction has not been considered nor has a concessions...

My wife and I are long term residents.

Since Major's arrival, there has been a noticeable improvement in the overall maintenance and upkeep of the building. Major and his team are very responsive when it comes to dealing with repairs big and small.

Managing an 80 unit building comes with its challenges and Major has shown patience in dealing with them. He strives to make all of the tenants be conscientious about the fact that we all share the building and should respect each other's right to a clean environment, quiet hours, and sanitary conditions.

If this survey is in regard to the toilet replacement then 5 stars. Ovidio is awesome at getting things done. In regard to the carpet, I give it zero. The carpet is so cheap I may as well be living on concrete. My experience living here gets worse and worse. When i moved in the apartment above me had carpet. Once is was made over to make room for a new tenant, wood flooring was put in and I can hear every step. The sound proofing in the Villa Esther is as bad as I’ve ever experienced. I can hear every word, every sneeze, every shower and every breath of the other tenants around me. I wonder if I’m even living...
