NIALAYA — Local services in Los Angeles

First, I have been following Nialaya for a while from their Instagram account it looks like they have really beautiful, unique and affordable jewelry. Last month I finally purchased my first item. This is where the trouble began. During the Black Friday sales their website was awful - it would not show all items or it would show different prices depending on the link you used and I could not finalize a payment. I spoke with a rep via chat and she was incredibly unhelpful. I finally made the purchase but was charged full price instead of the sale price. For the past month I have tried to reach customer service - I tried the chat function in their website, direct email, posting to their FB page. Although I was promised that someone would contact me - to date no one from the company has reached out and they simply delete my Facebook posts. Oh - and I still have no idea if their stuff is good as I have not received the item. I am sure if yiu walk into their store it’s great. But be careful - they have built their website on Shopify, it is buggy and clearly no one is really monitoring it. And if you need to actually speak to a customer service representative about a concern or issue - you can forget it. Love these style and beaded bracelets for men. Ordered one for my partner for his birthday and he absolutely loved it. I then found the evil eye one through another store. Unfortunately there was a fault with it, the third party weren't happy to deal with it though when I contacted Nialaya they were so accommodating and did what they could to assist in getting the bracelet repaired even though due to purchasing it through a third party it was not their responsibility. As it turns out they weren't required to assist and I was able to replace the bracelet directly through them from Australia.
