Overall convenient spot. They don’t answer phones as often. Likely do to being busy sewing but troublesome if checking on an order before making a trip. I had a small job done and was not completely satisfied. I had a name put on a cap as a new dad gift. It was to match the font and letting of what was already on the cap. The actual embroidery part was fine but the spacing of the letters were not consistent and font was thicker and taller than the comparing font. First time using Waterfront Embroidery and I am very happy I did. I needed a couple hats made with a public safety patch embroidered on the front. They took the extra time to provide me a sample of the patch to make sure I was happy with it, and even stitched it on a sample hat so I could get a better idea of how the final product would look.
