I order 3pc dinner box 2 breast and wing with mash potatoes and mac in cheese and I ordered around 830 last night and got a call around 2 mins before closing time and the lady who speake another form of language told me she didn't have and chicken left at all in the store and I ask her why would you wait i til 2 mins before closing to call and tell me that,so I find that hard to believe and she still had a driver come out to bring something totally not what I wanted she sent a bowl of corn and a bowl of coleslaw and no chicken at all I mean what was the us of sending anything and I called back today and the same lady who called me last night again 2 mins before closing I ask to speak with the general manager and she said they are not in and I ask her for her name because I really would like to speak to the general manager so they k ow what is going on and she Hanh up on me and I keep calling back and and just keep hanging up on me and the called again and was hearing a fax machine and I keep calling up and until now and never no answer all I want is my foodthat I ordered or my refund back asap I'm super upset and I am a regular there I love this place but whoever worked last night and that is there today is so rude and have bad customer service I can tell she does not like her job and another thing that coleslaw and corn she sent me was so iced cold and she didn't even want to here what I order she is very rude and I'm aget to the bottom of it because she treated me like was nothing and I'm the nicest person you would ever want to meat and I want to talk to the general manager of thos store please call me cause I'm very upset and I still ant get my food that I paid for I have my receipt and the time I ordered. Read moreTerrible. Had at least a 20-minute wait for chicken. I thought I was at a chicken place that would have chicken. I mean I don't mind waiting a few minutes, but 20 minutes. If you're on your lunch break and you're thinking oh I'll go and get some chicken and some Kentucky fried Chicken and be able to eat and go back to work. Yeah get a life go in there. You got a 20 minute wait for food. They ain't pour it out of the grease. My bucket was so greasy the bottom fell out and then they take their app borders before they even serve your food cuz the guy coming from Uber eats picked up a chicken order and out the door he went and I had to wait. What happens to taking the care of the customers that they were in the store in front of you or you lashed on a list to be served? Kentucky fried Chicken has gone downhill. I seen a number of cars pull away from the drive-thru without any orders cuz they have nothing ready. You want biscuits yeah good luck with that. That wasn't here right? And more people like me avoid Kentucky fried Chicken. They're going to go out of business unless they improve their business and I don't see that happening. No time soon. Poor management, no supervision and it's all teenage kids or young adults working. Then they playing rap music inside in the back, cooking the art wearing gloves but handling the food playing on their cell phone. I mean I understand. Sometimes there's unnecessary for emergency phone calls or something. I get that but the customer should have to hear their music to the front counter and then when the manager walks back in the store they turn it off or turn it down soon as she left the rap music was back on again and they did us numerous times cuz she was in and out of the store getting ready to leave. Read moreI only gave this place 1 star because I have to actually give a star for review but doesn't deserve a star at all. This homestead location is the worst kfc location in the city. We waited 10 min before anyone took our order. The staff was upset because the front counter girl was talking care of the bathrooms and didn't tell them but they took out their attitudes on every guest in the building. We ordered the 8pc with 2 sides, one of our sides was suppose to be potato wedges but the fryers were being cleaned so we couldn't have that. The staff waited until we was waiting for our food to tell us we couldn't have wedges so we asked to be given back money for the sides, 2 employees started arguing about this with one female trying to force biscuits on us. We became very irritated and my husband asked to be refunded for the meal and we just got chicken. The girl then threw our chicken in the bag, didn't make eye contact us at all and threw the bag at my husband. There didn't appear to be a manager of any kind on shift. We never saw one unless that girl who argued about biscuits was a manager if so, she needs to be fired. There was 4 people on staff, an older white man cleaning fryers, and three young black girls. Two of them acted completely beside themselves because they are black girls waiting on black customers. The attitudes those girls had was completely uncalled for, the lack of professional etiquette was uncalled for, and messing up an experience for 4ppl who just wanted food because we like your company was uncalled for.
