On this Day August 23rd of 2024. Myself and my child was out at this store browsing and finding items of the sale of this week. When we found everything we reach the counter to purchase by gift card! ALSO cash! When I found out the gift card wasn’t valid with funds. Cashier than look down on me with a following “I’m so sorry Guys” which made me feel uncomfortable that she assumed that the items were not going to be purchased! I spoke on it and told her no need to be sorry things happen I’m not sure why as if it is invalid but I do know in the past I was gifted these gift cards but perhaps this one could be a card that my young child picked up and that’s that! I would like to move to the cashier and purchase the via items and the Manager on duty progressed the situation out of portion by stating on her behalf which he isn’t her and yet wasn’t me who endure the fake impression! He than refuse our purchase and lied as if I was a threat and than oppose and disrespect me and my children and said I will call security and the police and the police officer that came said there was nothing to be done! And absolutely pressure and agitated me and was harassing me with unkind words with exploring from myself not doing any wrongdoings, but threatening that he can make a way to banned me from the retail shopping plaza that I grew up going for over 20 years plus! I am very disgusted about this encounter as a mother I am very uncomfortable to ever shop at this location ever again! I have videos and proof of...

I stopped to shop at this store during the memorial day weekend and while other shopping other stores nearby, decided to stop in for wallflower refills. I entered the store and asked the sales person if they had any items on clearance in the store, (I always look for a great deal) before the items I originally came to purchase. The salesperson immediately responded to my question with " this is not a clearance store and maybe you would be better finding clearance on line." I was taken back slightly, as I was only looking for a possible clearance section of the store. Next I asked if any of the wallflower refills came in two packs ?. The sinage stated a deal of 5 wallflowers for a set price. The same salesperson once again stated maybe I should shop online for what I was looking for. I wouldn't have had such a bad experience if she didn't add to that statement that if I do shop on line, I can pick-up at the store no charge. The signage on the store window stated that information. I left the store without making a purchase and from now on make online shopping a priority instead of stepping foot into the physical store. I think that this store doesn't need nor want any sales inside the building due to the salespeople referral to internet sales over in person. I'm positive I could have found items to purchase, but I felt that I was a bother . No shoppers should have to feel that way. I will not be back....

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The white male salesman with glasses is extremely rude! He needs to be fired ASAP. I took a trip here with a friend on Sunday February 2nd 2025. My friend kindly opened the door for me and we both smiled while walking in the door and we expected to be greeted with kindness as well but this was unfortunately not the case. This male sales associate does not say hello or anything polite but immediately proceeds to say to my friend “The door is broken! Don’t you see the sign on the door that says the door is broken? It’s broken and It doesn’t close. Can you please close it?” We both were so shocked at the level of rudeness that all we both could say was “okay”. The female sales associate was SO KIND and said “it’s okay I’ll close it for you all”. As we walk away I hear him say under his breath to the female sales associate “what??? At least I tried”. My friend and I stayed in the store for barely 5 minutes. We did not want to purchase ANYTHING from a store that this man worked at. The other two women in the store were very kind! I am going to be escalating this matter to corporate because I see other reviews saying that this same man has been rude to others at this same store. Kindness Is Free!
