Terribly rude and inappropriate. The last time I went there, the belt in my car fell out somehow. Upon discovering this, the guy held it in the air to show a police officer that just arrived, swinging it in the air & laughing. I immediately snatched it off of him and left. The misfortune of others is not humorous and it was an expensive fix. No empathy in words or actions and very immature in nature.

Then today a friend of mine wanted to return a UPS Package and apparently they accept them here. I just KNEW it would be something. First attempt, they immediately told us they didn't have any packing tape. I went home and got mine. Second attempt, she simply asked if the label needed to go a specific way and the young, long hair blonde guy says, "I don't know. I don't work for UPS". I immediately took over, taped the label and sealed the box. They clearly don't wanna partner with UPS and are quick to tell you what they "can't" do here. Customer service requires soft skills and a "can do" attitude. Focusing on the negative or what you "can't do", promotes a negative experience & you'll always get a negative review. As a woman who does not know much about mechanical things and definitely does not know much about cars not having any male figures in my life to ask a simple question or to tell me what certain car lights mean I ventured off to Advanced Auto on West 7th Avenue in Homestead Pennsylvania the manager there his name is Sebastian and he is the epitome of customer service this man is kind knowledgeable and will help you if you need help or point you in the direction that you should be going to get the help that is needed for your car I don't know what I would do if this man was not a part of this auto mechanics store in the area of which I live not only that this Advanced Auto store well install windshield wipers if you need them they will install batteries if you need them they will charge them they will check your batteries for you this is a great place and it's friendly the workers who work behind the counter in the store are eager to assist also so if you are in the need of parts for your vehicle or questions that maybe you don't have the answer for check these guys out they may have to help you need or the direction in which...

I recently had a fantastic experience being helped by Chris at this shop. My wife and I came in with a dead/corroded battery in a bucket, along with the various parts needed to hold it in place. We needed a new battery and several new parts because the old ones were rusted/broken (e.g., a couple. nuts & bolts). Chris was so enthusiastic and eager to help us out (and we were mostly helpless without him). He explained part-by-part exactly what we needed to buy, how the old piece was defunct, and what we needed to know to get the new battery installed. He even offered to let us borrow a socket wrench if we would bring it back that day! (We decided just to buy the part to avoid a second trip to the shop). Hat tip off to Chris.
