Please take into consideration the collective negative sentiment expressed in previous reviews, which consistently highlights issues with the professionalism of the staff. A specific staff member, Tracy, demonstrated behavior that raised significant concerns during my recent interaction with your establishment.
Over the course of one day, I was repeatedly informed that my prescription had not been received from my doctor. It was only after I personally informed the staff that the prescription had been faxed and provided them with their own fax number that, suddenly, the prescription was located.
Subsequently, I was informed that my prescription would be ready by 11 am the following day. Given my mother's proximity to the pharmacy, I requested her assistance in picking it up. My mother also called and verified the 11 am readiness. However, when my mother arrived at 12 pm, she was informed that the medication was not ready and would take an additional half an hour. Understandably, my mother expressed frustration, pointing out that she had been promised an earlier completion time.
This is when Tracey intervened, informing my mother that there was an ongoing inspection, which had caused delays. My mother rightfully responded that the inspection was not her concern, and that her time was valuable as well. In response, Tracey displayed unprofessional behavior, accusing my mother of having an attitude and speaking to her in a condescending manner. This led my mother to leave the pharmacy.
Subsequently, Tracey called me directly to inform me of my mother's dissatisfaction. Initially, I was surprised by this call, but I was taken aback by the fact that Tracey was calling me to complain about my mother's frustration. She repeatedly interrupted me during the conversation and falsely accused my mother of being aggressive towards the employee at the register. I defended my mother's behavior, knowing this wasn't the case but Tracey insisted that I wasn't there. When I requested to speak to the manager she responded that she should be the one to handle the situation and claimed that she should be the manager at this point anyway.
Our phone conversation continued, with Tracey consistently interrupting me. I attempted to convey that accurate information about the prescription pickup time could have prevented this situation. When I asked when my prescription would be available, Tracey put me on hold and returned with a response of 25 minutes, nearly two hours later than the original half-hour estimate. I chuckled at the inaccuracy, and Tracey raised her voice, declaring that they would not fill my prescription, ultimately hanging up on me.
I promptly called back and spoke with the on-duty pharmacist. He informed me that he had listened to our entire conversation and considered it a "wash" due to frustration on both sides. This response was unsatisfactory. The pharmacist also attempted to justify the delay by claiming it takes 24 hours to fill a prescription, despite having already possessed the prescription for that duration. Moreover, I had to assist the employee in locating the required information.
It is difficult to adequately convey the extent of the discourtesy and unprofessionalism I experienced at your pharmacy, coupled with a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. It appears that your establishment may perceive a lack of alternatives in the area as a license to mistreat customers. I must emphasize that I will not return to your pharmacy, and I plan to address this situation with the owners on Monday. The staff's behavior was thoroughly unapologetic, discourteous, and...
Read moreSorry for such a low rating but the experience I had at 2 locations sealed it. The first time I entered a Jolley's I was presented with a slew of "You Break it You Buy it" signs. Reminded me of really old retailers that went out of business. The staff was friendly but that was about it. I was told my RX would be filled in a few minutes. Change that to 20. That's ok 20 is fine for an RX. During the wait I bought a bottle of water. While using my debit card to purchase it at the register the cashier told me to not put my card in yet. A fairly common retail saying now but always sounds like an order being barked. When the register was ready for my card the cashier said "You dont have cash for this?" Amazed by this ridiculous question I responded with "oh. um maybe" I searched my wallet and found a dollar to pay for the water. The cashier eagerly took it and explained that they are charged a fee when customers use their card. That was the worst experience I had ever had purchasing water. Afterwards I went back through the store still waiting for my RX which I was told would be ready yet again in a couple minutes. I looked over the products that were offered, to see that the pricing was nothing like the 79 cent water that I bought. Everything was extremely high. The prices were not clearly marked but on tiny labels on each product. Tiny labels that required handling the product to see. No shelf pricing at all. Many of the merchandise displays were quite messy and while I can excuse that being a person who worked retail for over 20 years it still added to the experience. After another 10 minutes I was called up to the register where another cashier told me she was so sorry that she had forgot about me. Again another excusable situation but it just added to everything. With the worst water purchase experience ever, the horrible and hard to read pricing, threatening signs, and a bunch of waiting where I was told it would not be so long I have to give a low score. I think 1 star signifies that the company is a completely disaster however I think a little feedback like this could go a long way into fixing potential customer loss. I will only go to a Jolley's again if I have to and will do so with low expectation. If this review is taken into their practices maybe someone else wont have to deal with...
Read moreI went to jolly's pharmacy for the 1st time to pick up a compound prescription for my daughter-in-law that she needed since she is pregnant.I get there and was rudely told that the prescription had not been called in even though we had called about it and they said that they had it. They so rudely told me that the prescription was not ready due to us not putting a credit card on file even though we told them that I was coming in to pick it up. They finally tell me after I told them get the prescription ready I'm here to pay for it which I did $65 before I even got the medication. And then the long wait happened. I waited at least 20 minutes before I asked do you know how much longer that will be i was told that it was done and waiting for the pharmacist to check it off. Then waited another 20 minutes and I finally asked do you know if the pharmacist has checked this off yet then I was so rudely approached by the only pharmacist in the building I could assume. This very rude lady Told me that I jumped in front of at least 20 other people which remember there is nobody in the building and they were not feeling any other prescriptions because they were standing around talking about me I said could you at least call or text me when this medication gets done and this wonderful lady have the nerve to walk off in the middle of me talking and never did answer me. So I leave the pharmacy out the money that I paid for the prescription and no prescription. I get home an hour later and my son told me that the prescription was done and he had to go pick it up and he had the same exact experience with the rude people in that building that I had. If I could rate this pharmacy any lower trust me I would. I will never go back to this pharmacy after the way that I...
