2 Brothers Mattress — Local services in West Jordan

If one word can describe our experience with 2 Brothers Mattress in West Jordan, it would be "Painless."

We woke up that day feeling a sense of dread, as we knew we would be met with salespeople, and the possibility of being up-sold. Me and my husband are not confrontational people, so we often get taken advantage for it, which is why we hate shopping where we are working with salespeople. However, we knew we had to try out the mattress to see if it was a good fit, so off we went.

Not knowing where to start, a friend suggested going to Sears since there was a possibility of them having a nice closeout sale. So, we braced ourselves and went there first. We were in their mattress section for a little over 3 minutes when we were approached. The Salesmen was really nice and I know he is just trying to do his job, but he was almost over our shoulder the whole time, and I could not even talk to my husband about the actual trying out of the mattresses. After looking at the prices I can see that their "60% off deals" were based on mark-ups and if you signed up for their credit card.

Feeling dejected, we left and didn't know where to go next. Since we were already out, we decided to Google local mattress dealers. 2 Brothers in West Jordan was the first to pop up with outstanding reviews, so we decided to give them a try. We walked in and noticed that we were the only ones there. Beginning to feel anxious, I was afraid they would be like the last salesperson. Surprisingly, Eric was not like that at all.

He greeted us as we entered, and let us look around. After he showed us where the models we were looking for were, he quietly let us try them out and discuss our feelings. The only time he would come over was if we had a question. Eric never pressured us to buy the more expensive models, he only helped us narrow down the ones we liked. With each model he was willing to help us with the price and make sure we were getting the best deal. His prices were also very accurate, with the retail prices listed on each model, so we knew we were not getting up-sold.

We must have come on a good day, because Eric told us they were having a "Floor Model" sale. Being very concerned about hygiene, at first I was skeptical that I would be sold a used/dirty mattress. However, the model we liked was in great condition and Eric assured us that they would still honor the comfort promise on it. He told me the history of that mattress, and even gave us an EXTREMELY good deal for it! He even also assured me that the mattress would be safe with no bedbugs, as I had also expressed to him that I was a Bugaphobe :)

Eric even recommended us a new type of pillow that he said would compliment the softer bed we were getting. It's called the Zoned Dough® + Bamboo Charcoal Pillow by Malouf, and we were both immediately in love with it! It is soft and cool with airy hole design, and even though it feels like dough, the support it Phenomenal! It contours to our head shape but you don't feel any pressure for it. It also has the added benefit of being made with charcoal, so if you have allergies like me, you don't have to worry about late night sneeze attacks! For people with sensitive noses, it does have a mild "new" smell out of the box, but over time you get used to it, and it is really not that noticeable in the long run.

After we finalized our purchase, we thought we would have to be visiting our local dump with our old mattress, but Eric said they would not only deliver our new mattress for free, but also take our old one for completing the sale! And they did as promised, THE VERY NEXT DAY! The delivery was so fast and friendly, I kid you not they were in and out in less then 5 minutes (mattress delivery only, not a full set up)!

It's been a few nights now and we haven't slept this good in a long time! We now have a beautiful new bed, and can safely say that from wake to sleep, with 2 Brothers Mattress it's been painless!

Recently my husband wanted a new mattress for the spare bedroom . He'd been doing research on line and a few Saturdays ago decided to go check out 4 different places. The first one was all about the sale and not the customer 😒. The second was you guys and DJ was about us and not the sale so much. He took time and explained alot of products and even told us to check certain other places knowing we were still checking a few others. Not pushy but still a great sales man. We went to one more place and the sales man there was telling us what we wanted and not listening to what we did want. We decided that we really liked our experience with 2Brothers mattress and went right back. Spent another hour there and more talking and then ended up trying out an adjustable frame also. Then decided to replace the master bedroom bed also. So what turned from just a mattress ended up two full beds and frames . We feel we got treated great and got great deals for buying two beds instead of one. We upgraded our covers for the mattresses and Greg took great care of us on that because we had to wait a extra week for our stuff to come in stock. My husband called to check on our order and Greg got right on it and it was taken care of right away. He also helped us out with our delivery asap. Hats off to Greg and DeJay for their great service . I'd recommend you guys to others and you have great employees that know their jobs well. I wasn't looking forward to shopping around for a new mattress but the one my wife and I had for 9 years had more than lost its luster. Not knowing the first thing about what to look for or where to go we just hit up every mattress place in our area. I am so glad that we found Two Brothers fairly early on. Eric greeted us when we came in, asked us what kind of bed we were looking for and let us know what sales they had going on. He listened to what we needed from a bed and made some very good suggestions to us. It was over all a super casual experience. He didn't hover or try to sell us something we weren't looking for. He just gave us some good suggestions and gave us plenty of space to try them out and get a good feel for each mattress. One thing he showed us, and I am glad he did, were these new types of pillows. They are Bamboo Charcoal pillows. They look as odd as they sound but it was the most comfortable pillow I have ever tried. They are charcoal black, super porous and the softest things I ever put my head on. I have had the bed and pillow for about a month now and I haven't slept this well in years.
