It's so exciting to have this many Asian groceries so close to the areas I'm often shopping/running errands.
This store is clean, well stocked, and seems to be well staffed.
I love the low prices on produce! You can find great deals!
My favorite purchase at the moment is the packaged spicy tteokbokki in the chills section. You can find packages of it for $3.50-5.00 and they're easy to cook. You'll see Asian and also English instructions on many items.
My other 2 favorite purchases:
Milki beverage. You can find peach, apple, banana, strawberry, and original flavors.
I also love the flavored milks. You can find melon, strawberry, banana, lychee peach, and more.
Besides groceries, you can find lovely jewelry, some skin care, housewares, hats, shirts, sandals, plants, collectibles, and more.
If you're looking for K Pop collectibles and merch, there is not a big selection. You'll occasionally find sweatshirts, hats, pillows, Keychains, and photos. I didn't see any BT21 items.
Not every staff speaks the Asian language you might hope to interact with. I was hoping to see some Korean staff, but I didn't see any when I went.
The store is clean and well kept. You'll find a lot of wonderful items. Have fun! Masks are encouraged, if...
Read moreAsian city has changed a lot over the last few years, they now have a grocery section.
I do miss a lot of the beauty products from Asia, and I love stationery and pens from Asia, so I was really sad to see those areas go.
Asian city is now mostly groceries, and kitchen supplies.
They still have a small beauty section, a weapons and collectibles section, a section with bamboo and statues of Buddha and Guan Yin, they have an amazing selection of incense.
Some of my favorite groceries that I am so happy Asian City carries are the ice cream mochi balls, they have my favorite flavor (Plum Wine flavor) along with several other classics, but this is the first time I've been able to find plum wine flavor in Utah.
They also have a couple of my favorite instant noodles, including some of the very spicy ones that are hard to get here.
The grocery store carries a lot of Chinese and Korean refrigerated and frozen foods. The dragon section has a lot of Chinese and Japanese snacks, they have different things all the time.
Lychee-flavored everything is my favorite, they carry a couple of Japanese candies and soft drinks that are lychee flavored, as well as some desserts. (Lychee is a fruit that tastes halfway between a grape and a really...
Read moreActually this review is for Asian City it’s the only reason why I go to this “plaza”. I love this place we go at least a couple of times a month to pick up Kracie kits, Ramune and Anime items. They also have awesome wigs if your looking to pair your costs with one or for a Rave. The owner is there and I love talking to him about what kinds of things he might get or if your looking for something specific! They have some really cool masks like Mardi Gras quality and other goth, steampunk styles to wear. Blankets the warm fuzzy soft ones for winter! Cooking supplies galore. Great for gifts for someone that’s hard to shop for. The cashiers really great they see my hands full they always give...
