One Star is too generous! Purchased a Rosetti handbag on-line for curbside pick-up at this store (trying to stay out of public placed during the pandemic). Drove 40 miles home to find out the handbag was smaller than advertised...and the top zipper wouldn't close without a fight. This morning, drove another 40 miles (one-way) to take it back to the store...explained why I was returning it...the clerk gave me a credit slip but said nothing about a 15% Trans Fee (which I never saw explained on-line). (It's a secret!!!). Had I known about that fee, I would have questioned her, and probably not spent another $100 in the store. Didn't realize it until I got home. According to reviews I've read (after-the-fact), they also charge that fee when you buy something in the store and return it. A lot of unhappy customer reviews out there. I don't know when this policy started, as I don't shop there as often as I would like because of the drive and the pandemic...but I can tell you one thing now....I am done with Kohl's. Wondering if they are one of the stores closing this year, as I keep reading on-line. If they aren't closing this year, they probably will next year after treating customers this way. There are too many other places to shop that don't charge a fee. Everyone needs to stop shopping at this second-rate store and find an establishment that appreciates their patrons.
7/25/20 POSITIVE UPDATE: I was contacted by the store manager who asked to see my receipt. In looking at my on-line receipt, I saw a line item which said....Your Purchase: $45.00. Then below that it broke down the purchase and SHOWED A 15% DISCOUNT, which I did not even know about. MY APOLOGIES TO THE STORE MANAGER AND KOHL'S DEPARTMENT STORE. i am actually happy that I can feel good about shopping at Kohl's for many...
   Read moreWell, let me tell you a little story: Since Khols came to town years ago, I absolutely loved the store! It was clean, organized, nothing out of place. The staff were nicely dressed and welcoming. I loved the wide selection of products and apparels. We actually have a Kohl's card so we could shop and get great deals at the store and online. Employees were eager to help you at any time! Well... My husband and I decided to go last minute Christmas shopping on this past Tuesday. When we walked in, there was no one to greet us, even thought there was only one door open and there were several employees just standing around. Some dressed like they were for home. The floors were scattered with debris, like you were in a five and dime! The "cubbers" were bare and/ or all disorganized. Presentation with products all scattered. Clearly, employees that are supposed to be taking care of this kind of thing we're not doing their jobs. Just standing around talking. All of this was shameful and disheartening. I'm writing this because I was truly shocked! I've been shopping at Khols for years. With cash or credit. And was stunned at the lack of discombobulated state of the "WHOLE" store. This is the only incident I have had with shopping at Khols, and I hope the last. I realize it was in the evening, around 8:30. But as a professional my self, it shouldn't be an excuse. Khols should be Khols, no matter what time it is! I'm writing all this because I want someone to take notice. I WILL continue to shop at "My Khols down the street" I just think someone needs to take notice and try to make sure this doesn't happen again, in any Khols. I want Khols to keep moving and moving. It's a wonderful store to shop!

   Read moreI use this location for my Amazon returns & have for a while. I never had any issue until recently when I dropped off 2 high value purses for return. I also dropped off other items after this. Magically the 2 purses have disappeared. Normally you can see all updates for tracking when it leaves, where itâs at currently and when Amazon receives it. The tracking for these items are not trackable. It shows kohls received them and nothing after that. Itâs been over a week. I called Amazon to see if they received it and they told me no that I needed to call kohls to find out why they havenât shipped it to them. I called kohls and they tell me itâs between me and Amazon because it was put on the truck directly after being scanned and Amazon already has it. Mind you if you ever dropped anything off you know thatâs not how it works. Itâs get scanned, labeled, & set to the side until they do what they do. I get in contact with Amazon again and still these 2 packages are missing. Kohls might of put them on a truck alright but they didnât put it on a truck to Amazon. Itâs very suspicious that everything else I can track and have no problems with but these 2 high value name brand bags go missing. I guess this location is ok for things of no value, but I definitely wouldnât ever trust them and bring something of value again. I canât even get my money back for these things because now I have to wait even longer for a refund when they can finally determine the package is lost after a certain amount of time even though the status says it...
