I have been waiting for this new building to finish since 2020 and it has exceeded my expectations.

The layout of the apartment is spacious and well-designed. The rooftop has a nice area to relax.

Despite being located in a busy area, the apartment complex is surprisingly quiet. The well-insulated walls and soundproof windows ensure that I can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbances.

Jason has been incredibly helpful and responsive since the day I first inquired about the apartment. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed promptly. I appreciated that both Jose and Jason took their time during their day off to welcome me on my move-in date. It's reassuring to know that they prioritize the residents' well-being and satisfaction.

The proximity to public transportation makes commuting a breeze, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly.

Very underwhelming new management. Steer clear of property. The top lady is pleasant and good with manners and lip service but absolutely nothing gets done. Her staff needs much more improvement. Hallways are dirty and smelly, gym machines are unkempt, garbage piles up, the list goes on. No on-site super and the one we have acts repugnant towards residents. Also, they favor the business construction while we suffer with the excess amount of dust and noise and pollution seeping into the apartments. The smoking from neighbors still comes through, even though we were assured it would be fixed in time since this is supposed to be a non-smoking property. We get dismissed with all issues. Work orders go ignored. The hallway beeps still go on during the weekends at all times of the night. This has gone on for months now. We need on-site staff everyday and not just the weekends. Their payment site is riddled with ads and they send emails full of spam. Terrible management. Do...

Update 1: DO NOT RENT HERE. I contacted management again after the response below (by email; they don't pick up calls from my number). Again I was told they sent a check but will resend (they've been saying similar things for the last few months). Waiting to see if a check actually arrives this time.

DO NOT rent here. I lived here for two years until moving out three months ago because the management always raises the rent at the maximum allowed rate each renewal. Eventually you’ll be paying downtown JC rates in WNY.

Three months on, Greystar management has still not returned my security deposit. Every time I called I was given a new reason why, or that someone would call me back, or that the check had already been sent out, etc. Now they don’t even pick up my calls and have emailed saying they “look forward to” my legal demand letter.
