Went in with my girlfriend to pick up an order that she purchased online and when we went in the heavyset manager with long black hair and glasses was not friendly at all. She seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder. Very rude and not likable. The other staff was sweet and helpful but the manager didn’t want to help and was quick to put everything off on her staff. Worse customer service ever and I will not be returning back to this Pandora or any other stores in the future. I placed an online order and provided the email to my daughter for pickup. They will not release the purchased items and had no way to change the pickup person. Called customer service and they were unable to provide info on changing a pickup person. Staff need some training on customer service, went in to buy a couple gifts , no one acknowledged me made 3 rounds around the store one girl was helping someone another one saw me looking at the rings and proceeded to help the person after me and the sales lead just kept cleaning the glass saw me standing there never asked if I was being helped or if I needed to see something .
